Never heard a thing from them.

Never heard a thing from them. I have bought 5 cars through internet dealers and for some reason this company wasn’t interested in responding.

Great personal, bad vehicle

Purchased a 2012 jeep that needed some body work and they fixed it, and they did a nice job, 2 months later I had to replace wheel bearing and rods $800, 2months after transmission went, I owe 6k on vehicle and now have to scrap it, 6k for a vehicle that was drove 8 months.

the deals seem fair but the communication was pure

the deals seem fair but the communication was pure silence. I submitted the application for pre-finance. I will give the benefit of the doubt that the vehicle in pursuit was possibly and simultaneously sold. There is still a chance we will do business together, my search continues.

Ok, but cover yourself.

Decent no frills used cars. They do not fancy the cars with details, which is ok with me. I do however have a trust problem. We put a deposit down to show good faith we would return, this is the second car we purchased from them so we were aware that they will do quick fixes to sell cars. We wanted some things fixed BEFORE deciding positively on this car. We were told they would be and a part needed was ordered and would be replaced, ok great, wrong. They cashed the deposit so be prepared they will. They called to say the car was done, but just "cleaned" the part that was promised to be replaced. It was a 50$ part. They knew we were taking it back to our mechanic which is a MUST dealing with them unless you are one yourself. Got back with the car and ask for them to take off the money, 50$ plus labor, so MY mechanic can fix what they were supposed to fix as promised and gee they sent the part back that morning to "save money". Needless to say I'm not happy that now I have to wait for my mech to order part take it back to him and get it fixed. Beware they will put used parts, old parts, clean things for very temp fixes so cover your own butt because they wont. They do have a decent selection of used cars.
