Do not buy from this place.
Do not buy from this place. They will sale you junk. Banks they use will charge you hidden fees. They manager with the beard thinks he tough. Clearly he's not that guy. Been waiting on tags after temporary expired. Takes forever to pay off trade in, almost effected my credit. Hang up on you when you call. Will be contacting owner.

DO NOT BUY FROM 44 AUTO MART BARDSTOWN
We stopped in to look at their trucks on a Saturday, I found one I liked and took it for a test drive. We were trading in 2 vehicles, neither of which were with us that day. They rush you to make a deal. While they were running #s, William (salesman), kept fooling with the key fob (said he was cleaning it). First offer was $5000.00 for trade ins plus $2500.00 down, we told them no thank you. Second offer $5500.00 for trade ins, no money down. OK, what kind of payment? We wanted to stay under a certain amount. We finally agreed on an amount with a warranty. Keep in mind they have not seen the trade-ins. We were going to come back on Tuesday with the trade-ins to sign all the paperwork. They didn't want to wait, we had to sign and make the deal that day, we could bring the trade-ins back on Tuesday. We told them everything about them (on Saturday) the truck was a 2003 with 130,000+ miles, driver seat had wear and tear, the 2010 cobalt needed a deep clean inside, tire sensor light was on, thought it had 130,000 mile but actually only had 106,000. We took them on Tuesday and picked up the new to us truck, everything is fine. Wednesday we start to have trouble with the key fob. We call about it and about copies of our paperwork (they didn't give to us when we picked up the truck). We talk to William and he tells us he can't do anything because his boss Drew is mad because we didn't tell him the transmission was going in the truck. We had no idea, we had no issues with that truck, drove it everyday. That truck was babied, only saw the highway a few times. We went and had a key made. The following week they called for the titles to the trade-ins, I asked for my copies of the sales agreement that they never gave us, and the 2nd key to the truck. We set a day to take care of things, the day comes and now the truck has to be inspected by the sheriff's office. We make plans again, we go get the truck inspected, go back to 44 auto mart, sign titles over, get 2nd key (that doesn't work because it's bent) and finally get our paperwork. Hopefully that is the last we'll have to deal with them. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST BUYING A VEHICLE FROM THEM

My family and I made the 4hr journey to the dealership to
My family and I made the 4hr journey to the dealership to check out a pickup, although we could not settle up on a deal and make the sale happen I cant say enough how good these guys are. William and Drew were super cool easy to work with the whole time and held the truck for me till I got there. Even talked to the other employees(didn’t catch names) for a while and they were all equally as respectable. This is a great dealership with high quality trucks, even though I didn’t buy one today I would still recommend doing business with 44Auto Mart Bardstown.

We were never contacted at all.
We were never contacted at all. Very poor customer service. If we didn't qualify, that's fine, but at least have the courtesy to let us know something one way or the other.

Crooked people!
Crooked people! They take full advantage of nieve individuals. Got my daughter financed for a 40k suv. Talked her into weekly payments, a higher interest rate and set up weekly payments for a down payment. So a total of $398 comes out of $550 paycheck. And they will not give her the tags for the vehicle until she pays more of the down payment. Now she is driving on an expired temporary plate. This is the second vehicle she has gotten from them. When she showed up without her parents they took her big time. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
