He makes the process go smoothly by explaining everything and answers any questions I may have. I feel very fortunate to have Luke as my advisor. Always prompt and courteous. He gets a 15 on a scale of 1-10. 😁

I always receive 5-star care from your service department, but I must especially give a shout out to Jay, as he went above and beyond to assist with my repair issue. Kudos as well to the Service Manager who worked with him to provide the solution. This reinforced my commitment to only allowing the Grubbs Service department to take care of my car.
