Tom Stehouwer Auto Sales

Great group of guys, worked to quickly get me on the road for a test drive when I arrived. They are very low pressure. They seem to have the philosophy that the car will sell itself if its a good fit for the costumer. In the end the car did not quite meet my needs ( lack of cargo space), but I wouldn't hesitate to go back and buy from them in the future.

I called and talked to a salesman the day before making a 2.5 hour one way trip to check out a BMW 135i. I asked questions to verify the condition of the car before making the trip. On 4/7/2018 I went to take a test drive. One lap around the BMW 135i I knew this car was not as described on the phone. I asked if the car was detailed, it was dirty. No big deal it sits outside by the road. The emblems, exhaust and grill inserts were painted black and chrome was showing through. Looked poorly done. There is a two foot long scuff on the passenger fender and door. The scuff could possibly be buffed out, hard to tell. The front fender had scrapes through the paint. The back rear driver's tire appeared to be low on air. The wheels were painted and most of the paint removed. Paint remained around the lug nut area. The BMW was not as described on the phone. My expectations were high based on the price of 19,995, low mileage and phone conversation. I left very disappointed and feel mislead. I recommend asking for detailed photos requesting flaws before visiting this car dealer.

We have not bought a vehicle yet, but test drove one and would not hesitate to buy anything from this dealer. Ryan was very upfront and straight, which is very much appreciated
