For the most part I am pleased with the service I have received. I paid cash for my vehicle a car cover & free tint should have been offered.

Trey is great. He explained everything and worked with my budget and priorities of what I need to get done .

Freeman’s failed to deliver a promised $25 Amazon gift card with a service promotion. They blatantly lied to me when questioned about the gift card. The repair service was excellent but they did not live up to their promise.

Recall on brakes - parts ordered and everything completed within acceptable timeframe. Vehicle was ready within timeframe given on drop off.

Service pro should change tactics. Ask client for approval before doing work and tell them the cost up front.
