First of all, I'd like to thank Mike and Vic for helping me to get into a truck that I needed for work. They went above and beyond my expectations of the car buying experience. I applied everywhere, no one could get me approved on a truck. So I called Manuel and spoke with Mike. He got me approved on an F-150 that I was interested in and a payment that I could afford. We're on a budget, so this was perfect. I will defiantly recommend them to friends, because now I'm on track to rebuilding my credit.

The staff went all out w/ getting financing . Kristie, Don and Mike were more than just sales. They did every thing above and beyond any other people Ive ever dealt with , Im very hard to please. That was until I went to Manuel used cars North Richland Hills. Texas. I love my Dodge Truck!!!!

Don & Victor are great folks. Personable & easy going. After looking for months for a car, I saw one at Manuel's that I figured would be right in my wheelhouse as far as down payment & monthly payment. I went in & told Don what I was willing to pay. After test driving the car I decided it wasn't up to my expectations. Knowing what they had on the lot I asked Don if there was anything else to look at. He showed me what would have been my next option but I had already figured it wasn't going to meet my budget. After the test drive we started talking money. He was able to come down on the price, pretty much to what I had anticipated on the original car. Don & Victor were able to get me where I wanted to be & in a newer vehicle. I'm very happy with the car I purchased & would recommend to anyone, that if they're looking for a nice used vehicle at the right price, that Manual's should be the first stop! I showed some interest at this dealership in purchasing a car. I spoke with Don Mason a couple of times who was trying to obtain financing of some sort on a car. My last phone conversation (which I had to initiate as I did not hear from him) was that I had an older car that we could use as a trade-in and he said that we would not need any money out of pocket for a down payment. He said he had BHPH financing and would get back to me. To date, I have heard nothing on whether yes I can get a car, no I cannot get a car, glad you called but sorry no can do, nothing, no response.

Don Mason was my salesman he got me a great deal on a great car. I couldn't be happier. He even went the extra mile and got my cars windows tinted for me. I will recommend him and Manuels to all my friends and family. Thanks it was a pleasure I am a very happy customer.

Had a pretty great experience, but nothing exceptional that made me impressed or especially want to go back. Found the car I wanted online for the right price and they had it.

So far, I have purchased two vehicles from them. The deal is always right! Manuel Isuzu has a neighborly demeanor and is always ready to help. They are upfront, honest and do not play games.
