My wife and I purchase a used SUV from the dealership around April 2023, at first we where kind of hesitated about the purchase but we where I’m dryer need of one due to the original dealership was not there during Easter weekend any through we had appointment with them different review from them later , back to Womack the salesman was very nice and professional so that why the two star he did his job but the vehicle had issue from the beginning as of the light on the dash where all light but check engine ask about them after test drive said that they where not putting anymore money into it the car and they mark it down to sell and also to get rid of . Three months later blown engine didn’t last all summer now out of car that we had to turn in due to not being drivable and we I call I got where sorry and a number to their mechanic and that was all so if you shop here make sure you get the history on the car and have someone look at professionally to make sure you get your money worth

They took $1000 cash deposit to hold 2 cars. I never signed anything. Actually had to leave the dealership bc my mother which was on hospice was taking a turn for the worse. I was given a receipt which was hand written and signed by Bo Deal showing I paid the deposit. But bc I was in total distress bc my mom was dying that very moment I failed to see the " good till the following" day. So guess that's my loss huh. But again I never signed anything! Or was told or saw anything about I would lose my deposit if I didn't return that day! By the way, they didn't lose any sales, bc as of 3 days ago the car was still there. Kinda glad I didn't buy it... Bc the reviews to this place suck!!! Cars with hidden zip ties, duck tape, and Bond-do. Still they cost me 1000$ that I could be using on my mom's funeral! Y'all are should be damned to xxxx... Yep I said what I said

My wife n I each purchased cars within a month of each other n were very happy with the whole process . Since then we have purchased a third vehicle n have recommended them to our friends.... we will buy all of our cars there , having found them honest n willing to go out of their way to help us.

Called about getting into a vehicle spoke to Ricky he was great and we bought the car. He was very helpful, thanks for helping me.

I went to purchase a suburban and really liked it. I told them I wanted to wait before purchasing and they sold it a couple days later. Not there fault but they where very helpful and nice to me.

Horrible service after they hook you! Lies and deceit! When they say the car is in great condition, Don’t believe them! After you sign, you find so many things wrong with the vehicle it will cost more to repair than to purchase. If for some reason you are desperate for a car enough to to take a chance on them, READ everything before you sign and do not let them talk you into in house financing. We’ve reported them to the Better Business Bureau. They are predators and love to take advantage of the poor and those with bad credit.

I bought a vehicle here and it was 2 days after buying it that I put hundreds into gettin it fixed because they sold me a crappy car and when I called just to see if I could give them the car back AFTER all the repairs I paid for and use it as a down payment on a another vehicle I was told it wasn't their problem. Awful awful awful dealership that just wants to sell their cars that don't car what kind is wrong with it. NEVER buy a vehicle from this lot

They are unprofessional and not friendly at all !!! I would not recommend no one to purchase a vehicle here . After I left some Friends told me not to purchase car because they will not do the right thing if something happens to the car even if you add extra warranty .
