They got back to me quickly, but have an inflated sense
They got back to me quickly, but have an inflated sense of what their vehicles are worth. When you have a couple of the same vehicles on your lot for over 650 days, you need to re evaluate your pricing. If it was priced right, it would have sold already. They are worth what people are willing to pay.

There was an issue with the car I was looking at and they were uninterested in repairing it, and were confused that someone would even want to. It gave me a bad vibe about the deal, so I walked.

I (over)paid Parkway Auto for a 2012 Subaru Forester 2.
I (over)paid Parkway Auto for a 2012 Subaru Forester 2.5X Premium (with high mileage), supposed to be a good vehicle... looks good in and out, drove well ...and now it's a garage ornament I can't drive (so there's no further damage) until I save up several months to pay for repairs. Thanks so much for stranding me, Parkway Auto. (The vehicle is too old to use as collateral for a loan.) >> I told the 'honest' salesman I didn't have much money and needed something reliable, dependable. - 40 miles after leaving the car lot, the CheckEngineLight comes on with errcode P0420 ...turns out the catalytic converter needs replacement. Estimate repair $3900 ($4600 at a Subaru dealer). - ALL Four tires leak ( 7 - 18 PSI each over 10 days). Two repair shops could Not find any damage to the tires... perhaps the vehicle needs new rims, but if so, they should have noticed that. - The battery was the wrong size/type and went dead. I replaced it with the correct one. - Last straw was a skritch, skritch noise in front of the engine which I'm guessing is the water pump, estimated at over $1500 to replace (4 year warranty). --- I haven't driven it 10 times... (but several of those times to a repair shop or a Subaru dealer). Now I've got almost $1000 more into a battery, diagnostic tests, an AF sensor forward of the catalytic converter, and a valve stem, plus bead seal on all four wheels (they still all leak significantly)... not to mention being without transportation now for months, unless I trade it in at a huge loss... Somewhere Else than ParkWay Auto. After agreeing on a final price with the salesman, the guy in charge of paperwork, receiving payment... tried to hit me up for more fees, when sales had already agreed on the final out-the-door, drive-away cost. I had to insist on the sales price. A couple/three weeks later, with the plates in the mail, I received an odd $98 refund check. Took nearly all six weeks to get the title in mail. By the way, when the CheckEngineLight comes on, CruiseControl is disabled, its dash light blinks, as does Traction contol. Supposedly, that's so people don't ignore the CheckEngineLight. >> (When contacted, the salesman gave me the manager's ph. number for me to plead for a repair discount.)

If I could of given 0 stars I would have, we purchased a 2008 Mercedes GL450 & have had problems with it since day one…safety airbag problems, transmission on so on…after putting several thousand dollars into it, continues to sit with yet another problem. Still paying off loan with nothing to drive. Supposedly they put their vehicles through inspection before selling…I can xx.

As the majority of the lowest reviews state, transmission
As the majority of the lowest reviews state, transmission issues are what bring me here today. From the moment we bought the vehicle it has sat with issues more than be driven. It rattled. The ceiling leaks with wet weather. The speakers quit working. It Over heated. It completely shut down on us twice. And finally is yet again undriveable with the diagnosis of a bad transmission which was the culprit to all previous issues leading up to this diagnosis. I called the first time issues arose to someone stating there's nothing their shop can do, they don't look into sold vehicle issues and told us to bring it to a shop on our own. Mind you we paid 15,000+ for this 2015 Chevy Suburban. And have spent thousands more since then paying for nonstop issues. It's ridiculous this dealership continues to sell vehicle after vehicle with bad transmissions to people, to their children & to families who rely on reliable transportation. I have a family of 8 and we thought we were lucky with this large sized vehicle only to find within this short amount of time we've had this vehicle it has given us more issues than any of our previous vehicles. The estimated repairs for the transmission are an additional $6,500 after already paying soo much for this vehicle in the first place. Of course I called yet again to speak with Marcus who set us up with the deal. He "sounded" apologetic and said he would try and do his best to help then forwarded us to their GM Ryan? Who called me back and without remorse questioned the issues the car has had and when our purchase was. After which he said it's passed their window of helping in anyway. All the issues were due to regular maintenance and it was out of their hands. He did not have any regrets with our paying 15,000 for a lemon vehicle. He has no care that this is our source of transportation for my employment. For my 6 children their school amd doctor apppointments. For my sister and her deteriorating health appointments. For my children's extracurricular activities. For our family gatherings. He doesn't care that this expense drained our savings in hopes that it would be as great of a vehicle as they portrayed it to be only to be a bad lemon with an additional expense of a transmission we can't afford after already paying thousands and thousands of dollars at an establishment that only cares more about their profit than their customers or their families well being. I wish they'd be willing to work something out with us after seeing how troublesome this car has been time and time again since buying it . . . But as you can see from my review as well that of many others who've been sold a bad lemon, they gladly took our money and left us with the problematic vehicles to take care of on our own. If you can help yourself try and buy from another establishment that'll actually try and work with you. That just may give a xxxx that you have children to care for and reliable transportation to rely on. Breaks my heart there are people, no vultures, out there like this. And before they post their bit of empty apologies and talk of you don't know what to expect with used vehicles . . . You can be assured to expect that they will not hesitate to do the same to you. My advice, find another dealership if your on the look out for a reliable vehicle.

They mostly sell lemons
Purchased a car from them for what seemed a reasonable price for a car in very good cosmetic condition. I assumed it had a thorough inspection. The car was a complete lemon. There were huge issues with the engine and drivetrain which I discovered within a week of purchasing it. I have since talked to a lot of people who were sold very poor quality cars from this dealer claiming they were great cars. Don't buy here!
