Purchased a diesel truck from them and before I needed an oil change I had to replace all injectors and all but one of the glow plugs, Injectors were cracked and glow plugs were shorting out. I was told I had a powertrain warranty when in fact it was parts specific, when I called the warranty place to argue it he said it happens all the time they give people a pamphlet and say that's what it covers. they offered to "make it right" by saying they would give me 4,000 but when i drive in it was 1,000. This dealership is all about bait and switch.

I purchased a "powertrain warranty" from this dealership but to my surprise it was parts specific. I was told to come get a 4,000 dollar check to make it right but when I arrived the check was for 1,000.

Wayne went above and beyond. I really appreciate the communication and honesty. The vehicle wasn't a good fit for me, but that was on me not the dealership.

This is probably the worst place to buy a car they are a bunch of crooks they're overpriced customer service is horrible just all around a bad place to buy a car from I would not recommend them to anyone never not even somebody I didn't like

My car had recently been in an accident and my insurance company decided to total my car versus repair the damages. Two weeks after the accident my insurance company got back to me with a settlement. I was unsure if I could use the car as a trade-in because the damage but the car was still very drivable. When I looked around for a like replacement I found a car in Tacoma at MAXX Autos Plus in Parkland. I called and talked with Stephan Torres who asked me to drive my car in and let them look at it to see if I could use it or not. My insurance company had given me a letter stating how much they were going to pay me and that was used to hold the car I wanted and begin writing up the financial transaction. Michio Winters, the Finance Manager worked very hard to get me the best loan and insurance package. I was very impressed with everyone's patience and creativity to help me get the car I wanted at an affordable price. No one tried to pressure me into anything. If you are looking for a great used car and people committed to help you this is the place I would highly recommend that you look to first. I am sure that there were others working behind the scenes that were also helping with my transaction and I would like to thank them also.

Bought a truck from them in 2020, its always broke down or in the shop!! Currently in the shop, 5 grand to fix this time.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE

Friendly and helpful, answered all questions and worked to get me the terms I wanted. Rachelle was honest and Friendly. And continued to help with information I needed as I am an over the road driver and am not always around to get information.

Wayne Reyes was great to work with, very communitive, had exactly what we were looking for . Coming from Forks, he made no promises the truck we were looking at would be available.

Troy was super helpful and not at all pushy. They only want to help you out and will make adjustments for your advantage within financing. Super easy and lovely experience

I recently bought a car here and i regret buying...Do not buy from them!! They will rip you off!! I do NOT Recommend them...
