Best Car-Buying Experience EVER!

This was, by far the smoothest and easiest experience that I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle! The staff were friendly, without being intrusive. They were helpful, without being overbearing. And they were very courteous to my needs as their customer. I would definately choose to shop here again!

Great Experience

We had a great experience working with Wayne. There was no pressure or pushiness. He was very helpful, friendly, and funny. He laughed at our joy of finding a "fun" car. It was a very relaxed car buying experience. The staff all treat each other as friends as well.

Great experience

I had the pleasure of working with Wayne Reyes to purchase my 2017 Smart ForTwo. Since the dealership is located in Puyallup while I live in California, Wayne did everything he could to expedite the process. He was professional and helpful when we spoke on the phone about the vehicle condition and any other questions I had. When I arrived at the dealership with my friend and brother, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We test drove the car, loved it, and got the paperwork underway fairly smoothly. Because we already got the process started before I came up from California, everything got done in under 3 hours. I definitely recommend reaching out to Maxx Autos Plus where ever you are at if you see something you like!

Great place to purchase my car!!!!

I recently bought a car from MAXX Autos Plus. It was such and amazing experience. My sale guys Josh L. was so very helpful and listened to what I needed and wanted. Barry the Gm as well as Chris one of the owners made sure that I received tires and the tv screens for my 2014 Nissan Quest. I have 4 beautiful girls and they are in love with our new vehicle. It was the best choice I have made and I'm so thankful for the MAXX Autos Plus team for taking care of me. They truly made me feel like I am apart of their family. Thanks guys!!!

STAY AWAY!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

ATTENTION!!!!!! IF I COULD CHOOSE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!!! First off, the car I was looking at is kind of a hard find. It was a 2007 Volkswagen Passat Wagon 3.6L 4-motion silver with black leather interior in very clean condition. When I first got there it wouldn't even start, completely dead battery! So right then and there I had a bad taste in my mouth. Finally got it jumpstarted and took it for a drive. Then Check engine light came on after we got back to lot but was still was running fine. I KNEW THEN THEY HAD CLEARED THE FAULT CODES ON THE CAR!!! Then come to find out that the rear drivers door does not open from the outside. This is kind of a common issue with certain year Volkswagens. You would think they would fix these issues before selling to a customer! I still made the purchase after getting $1000 off the purchase price And putting in writing to fix the cam sensor and the door. On the way home from the Lot the car went into limp mode when my wife was driving it because of Another fault code EPC. I ran a Vagcom code reader which is specific Fault/ Code reader for VW/AUDI on it when I got home and it came up cam position sensor. I should've walked away but I really wanted that car and I have owned a lots of Volkswagens in my life and knew that I could fix these issues. But if you are NOT somewhat a mechanic or CAN NOT work on cars this could be a very bad purchase for someone. Because dealer costs for these fixing is $$$$$$$$. The most horrible customer service I ever dealt with. No emails returned, no phone calls returned, NOTHING!!!! Now the HID Headlight burnt out and is a $350 fix at a shop which I'm gonna take care of. This is a WARNING TO YOU FUTURE BUYERS!!!! I was going to take the car back to have them work on it, BUT I DECIDED NOT TO BECAUSE THEY JUST PROVED TO ME HOW INCOMPETENT AND DISLOYAL THEY ARE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND FUTURE CUSTOMERS!!!!!!! ONLY WHEN I POST THIS REVIEW THEY ARE TRYING TO CALL ME, SORRY BUT I DONT WORK LIKE THAT!!!! IM FIXING THE ISSUES ON MY OWN BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THE xxxx THEY ARE DOING!!! All they know is how to sell cars and that's why they will always remain small I have yet to find a car lot that is all about customer service and selling you a great car so you will be a repeat customer. THIS IS A WARNING!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM MAXX AUTOS PLUS on River Road!!!!!

Worst Customer Service Around

I purchased my dream car from them with one problem that was told to be fixed under contract. 2 months later, they still wont call back and keep giving us the run around. I've been patient and have been giving them the benefit of the doubt but when they tell you to take it to the shop to get fixed and then all of a sudden dont wanna answer their phones to pay, then counr me out. They dont care about their customers at all. I wouldnt recommend them even if they were the last dealership left.

BEWARE!!!

Buyers beware!!! They sold me a truck they slapped fancy stuff and paint over the rust it started falling apart shortly after I purchased it. Pathetic. Make sure you get a second professional opinion from a trust worthy source.

Honda Pilot

After searching online for a Honda Pilot for a few months we found the one at Maxx Autos that was exactly what we were looking for. We did some research on the dealership and after seeing that they had many great reviews we decided to go check it out. Glad we did because everything from the beginning to end was exactly as other reviewers had experienced. Shawn, Barry and everyone else were great to work with and made the experience simple and fun. Would highly recommend this place if your looking for a great car and great prices. We love our Honda Pilot :)
