Trying to get ahold of the service department is just impossible….when they want to sell you a new car they know how to find you but answering their phone is not a priority. Well skip this dealership next time we we are shopping for a new car

Fantastic service
Just completed the purchase of a new truck. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier. John and Bill were great. No pressure at all. It was, by far, the best purchase expense I’ve ever been through. Definitely recommend and worth the drive past Roseville Ford to work with people who treat you right.

They lie.
They post cars for sale that they don’t have and that they have no intention of having on their lot. I would not recommend wasting your time pursuing a vehicle they are advertising online.

An Honest, Fair and Knowledgeable Dealership
Auburn Ford could not have provided a better service to me. They were knowledgeable, honest, straight-forward and fair with the entire deal. Rude and unprofessional once deal was complete
Horrible experience buying a brand new car. I will never go back to vehicle bait-and-switch rude and unprofessional. They are responsible for causing damage to my vehicle and refuse to pay taking them to court

So friendly! So helpful
I always feel nervous getting My car serviced as a woman. Not here. I was kept updated on my vehicle, everyone was friendly. Answered my questions, it had that small town feel. I will definitely make the drive up here again. It was worth it! I’ll be in the market for a new vehicle soon and I will Most definitely come here.

Worst possible outcome
Left my car for the all day APPOINTMENT at 8am as agreed. Kimberly called at 4pm saying; "we didn't have any luck". I said; "You couldn't diagnose the problem?" She said; "No, we didn't look at your car today." WHAT?? This "service" manager does not understand the simple concept of an appointment?? AVOID AVOID!!

great service
I unexpectedly showed up at 5:10 p.m. after experiencing transmission problems just a few miles from the dealership. I was greeted right away and brought to the service dept. where they took care of the paperwork. By the time we were done it was closing time but, they were more concerned with how i was getting home and where I was going to wait. The next day I received a call at 1:30 p.m. letting me know that my truck was ready and the repairs were covered under a recall. They met all expectations and then some.
