    Called about a specific car of interest. Nazi sent my app to me via email due to covid issues. I completed the app. Finance Mgr. Mr Hussain called... me back with terms and conditions almost immediately which was at closing time on a Saturday. Monday Nazi set my appt. to come in and sign paperwork with Mr. Steve then he personally took a trip to pick up my new car at another dealership in Lewisville Tx and brought it to me here in Waco. The entire process was very smooth very professional. Nazi was certain to stay on top of the entire process from start to finish. He really deserves applause for his attention to detail. Thank you all!

    We purchased the 2012 Nissan Armada on Sat 8/24/2019 and on Sat evening 8/31/2019 while me and my 2 and a half year old were leaving a restaurant the car... would not start. After about 15 minutes it finally starts and we are able to make it home. We had to call a tow truck to come pick the vehicle up and deliver it to Autonation the following Tuesday due to the Labor Day holiday. My husband was told on Tuesday afternoon that apparently the oil was so low in the vehicle that it messed the oil filter up which made the engine lock up. I've owned the vehicle for a week and it already needs a new engine. My husband was given the run around and was told that nobody at Autonation knows how this happened because you guys have it documented that the dealer you bought it from gave it it's most recent oil change. And now no one knows how the oil was so incredibly low that it caused the engine to lock up. I myself went up to the service dept yesterday Thursday Sept 5th on my lunch break because we had not heard anything in 2 days from anybody. I was then told that our Extended Warranty claim had been denied because although we purchased the Extended Warranty when we bought the vehicle it takes 30 days to show up in God knows what system showing we have the warranty coverage. And by this time we have only had the vehicle a total of 12 days. To top it all off I am 8 months pregnant and became so overwhelmed and upset with the lack of any kind of help or sympathy or customer service with no one being able to give me a clear answer that I had to walk out of the office because I started crying. I asked to speak with Elster Green and he had just left the office so someone tried to call Pedro and he also was unavailable. This is completely unacceptable. What is going on with the vehicle that I purchased from this dealer less than 2 weeks ago? I have not been able to receive a clear answer nor have I been offered at least a loaner vehicle for the time being. I have a 2 and a half year old and I am 8 months pregnant. This is the last thing I should be worrying about right now. I absolutely refuse to wait a month for my vehicle. Are you going to make the first months car payment for me? We were up there for about 5 hours the day we bought the car. We received stupendous customer service from Angel and from Paul. And then a week later this happens. I thought this was a reputable car dealership in Waco. I did my homework before coming up there. I looked around for about 3 months before seeing the Armada on the Autonation website. I also contacted the manager yesterday when I was able to regain my composure and come back into work. I was of course forwarded to a voicemail. I left a message for a Shelby Danner and have heard nothing from anybody at this company.
