Scheduled service on truck I purchased here two years
Scheduled service on truck I purchased here two years ago. Love the truck-buying experience excellent. Confirmed app't 3 time through text/email. Showed up 7am the 26th and WAITED, along with half a dozen customers. Turns out a holiday-they didn't work. (service dept at Allan Samuels Dodge booming at 9am). Mistakes, we all make however there was NO excuse for NO response from the AI chat, unable to leave message, no backup-horrible. Two days later I trade-in my used truck for a $90K plus new truck. Sorry for the Auto Nation salesman working with me, I had planned on a Chev. AVOID the SERVICE DEPT-unprofessional, unreliable, unresponsive.

At 70 years old my first new car.At 13 thousand miles check engine light came on. Took in for repairs and was told to drive it like it is other people have had the same problem and they don?t have a solution at this time.If I wanted to drive a car with check engine light on I would have kept the one I had.

On 4/24/25, I came to AutoNation for the first oil change
On 4/24/25, I came to AutoNation for the first oil change and tire rotation on my 2024 Malibu which I purchased on 11/22/24. I had made the appointment for that morning, but it showed up on AutoNation's system as 5/15/25. The Service Advisor, Tyjuray Hollie, said that he would work me in that morning. Less than an hour later, the service was completed. Tyjuray exhibited excellent customer service which I really appreciated. The customer service provided by Tyjuray should make AutoNation of Waco proud as it reflects a great image for the dealership.
