I had an outstanding experience thanks to Mr. Washington! He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of — from providing me with a wonderful loaner car to keeping in constant contact with daily updates on the status of my vehicle. Dealer is shady af.

Dealer is shady af. Mdx type s had a carfax that showed car had fire. After awhile and it not selling, they removed the carfax and put AutoCheck (crappier version of Carfax) and makes the customer pay for the AutoCheck. Dealt with this dealer before, go to Pohanka or Rosenthal.

Just purchased a used atlas cross port 2024.

Just purchased a used atlas cross port 2024. The salesman Quon was amazing very attentive, made sure the numbers worked for me and took the time to communication with me on my journey down to Maryland from philly. He continued Reassuring me that my car was still there and not sold. Thank you Quon. For making me feel comfortable. Most importantly there were no hiddden fees when it was time to seal the deal. Issy the financial guy was great too. You guys are the best Isaac.

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would do that!

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would do that! I've contacted them 4 times to set up an appt for service and was never able to get anyone in the service department on the phone. I even left a message with the Service Dept manager but to no avail. I even called the New Sales Department where I got someone on the phone immediately only to be transferred back to the Service Dept so the I was given yet another opportunity to leave yet another message. Frustrating and pitiful service! My car is great but the dealership support is woefully lacking!!

The service was only an A17 (oil change and break fluid

The service was only an A17 (oil change and break fluid replenish) but the service writer answered my questions and the service was completed 30 minutes earlier than expected. Couldn't ask for anything more than that.

I was there getting a routine maintenance ( oil change,

I was there getting a routine maintenance ( oil change, tire rotation etc) done. I told James that I be hearing a popping noise in the speaker of my suv he told me it takes like 3 hours to fix but, he would get me a loaner so I wouldn’t have to wait.. I really appreciate that. Anytime I have a concern he will definitely put my mind at ease.I live in Baltimore city and I’m sure it’s a Acura Dealership closer to me. But when you have a great service advisor like James you would travel knowing your vehicle is in good hands.
