I purchased a 2013 Honda CR V from Westbury Fiat today. Buying a car has always been like getting a Root Canal from the dentist but not today. The crew... at Westbury Fiat made the experience friendly and pleasurable. They were honest in their dealings with me and made me feel special. From Mike Mineo-Narducci, the General Sales Mgr to Fiat Specialists Cammy Mezrahi and Debra Javaherian and of course Colin Michie, the Fiat Specialist that took us through the process and made sure we were happy and taken care of. Matt McNally was our Credit Manager. He was prepared, knowledgable and had us on our way in no time. Even on a busy Saturday everyone made time for us. I recommend anyone shopping for a new or pre-owned car to call my friends at Westbury Fiat and their sister store Westbury Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram before looking anywhere else.
I was looking at a few cars to lease and have to say, Westbury Alfa Romeo / Fiat made me feel comfortable there. I would recommend them to anyone looking... to buy or lease. Vincent, my sales person knew what he was doing, explained everything without the "sales pitch" and "I'll have to ask my manager" story line. Even the receptionist was extremely helpful. Go there today!!
Waited a month for an appointment with a Fiat specialist. Received a reminder email the day before urging us to be on time or cancel. Turn up the morning... of to be told that they're back-logged and wont likely get to our car for a few days. But they will keep us updated. It happens. Appreciate the heads up. A few hours later, I get an email detailing what I've asked to be looked at with my car details but someone else's name and address. Takes 24 hours to get confirmation that this mistake has been corrected. A few days later, still no update. Emails and voice mails go unanswered. Eventually get an update to say that we're still in line to be seen. Two cars ahead of us. Should be the next day. Next day comes. No update. Next day comes, and again, emails and voice mails to our service tech go unanswered. Eventually get through to front desk. Email response a few hours later. Now we're told there are actually 8 cars ahead of us and we likely wont get our car looked at for at least another week. And that is just for the diagnostic. God only knows how long it would be to get any kind of maintenance. Now I understand places get busy. I get that backlogs happen. But a) why not just delay us leaving our car until they are ready for it, b) why not actually keep the client informed rather than making them chase up the most basic information, and c) worst of all, WHY LIE?! Its not like we were not going to find out that we would not have our car back for 2 weeks. Just save yourself the trouble and take your business anywhere but here. They make it very obvious they don't need or care for it.

Went to many of the competition and felt at home when I walked in the door here. No pressure ad car is what I went in for and it matched up to what they... had to offer. No BS, no back and forth. Ended up going with the Stelvio Ti and could not be any happier. Everyone is complimenting the car and all I do is compliment the dealer to them. Frank was my salesman & I worked with the GM Mike too both great guys. The whole staff from the greeter to finance and everywhere in between was great. I will def be going back in the future. I was provided excellent, professional and courteous service by Matthew Labatte and Cammy Mezrahi. I special ordered an Alfa Romeo, Stelvio in the fall... of 2018. This vehicle took much longer to arrive than any of us had anticipated. Matt and Cammy were extremely patient and professional and they went "above and beyond" to try to provide updated information on the status of my vehicle. After several months of waiting and countless phone conversations between Cammy and I, I finally took delivery of my beautiful Stelvio on 4/22/2019. It was a rainy day and much to my surprise, Matt had my vehicle prepped and put inside the dealership showroom so that he could he could "deliver" the vehicle to me indoors, as opposed to a rainy parking lot. I would recommend Alfa Romeo of Westbury to my friends and family and I would strongly encourage anyone interested in an Alfa to work with Matthew and Cammy on their purchase or lease. I am loving my new ride and I look forward to a long and happy relationship with Westbury Alfa Romeo. Matt and Cammy are the absolute best!
