Made an appointment for a repair. Brought my car in on day of appointment and Was told had to wait 48 to 72 after appointment was made for them to even look at car. What’s the point of making an appointment. Asked about a loaner car was told those had to make an appointment for that and those were 3 weeks out. Absurd. Thinking now of getting rid of car. Been buying from other dealers and never had to wait all this time for any type of service. Stay away!!!!

Misrepresenting
Their motto indicates they will never lose a customer to price. Well, I only asked for $2000 off a used Alpha Romeo Stelvio and they said “no”. This to me seems like misrepresentation or lying to clients. I wonder what else they miss-represent...

Very nice dealership
Went here shopping for a Stevio. The dealership is small but they have decent inventory. Sales weren't pushy or arrogant like other car dealers. I would give them my business if we could come to a deal. Overall a pleasant experience.

Take it anywhere else other than here.
Waited a month for an appointment with a Fiat specialist. Received a reminder email the day before urging us to be on time or cancel. Turn up the morning of to be told that they're back-logged and wont likely get to our car for a few days. But they will keep us updated. It happens. Appreciate the heads up. A few hours later, I get an email detailing what I've asked to be looked at with my car details but someone else's name and address. Takes 24 hours to get confirmation that this mistake has been corrected. A few days later, still no update. Emails and voice mails go unanswered. Eventually get an update to say that we're still in line to be seen. Two cars ahead of us. Should be the next day. Next day comes. No update. Next day comes, and again, emails and voice mails to our service tech go unanswered. Eventually get through to front desk. Email response a few hours later. Now we're told there are actually 8 cars ahead of us and we likely wont get our car looked at for at least another week. And that is just for the diagnostic. God only knows how long it would be to get any kind of maintenance. Now I understand places get busy. I get that backlogs happen. But a) why not just delay us leaving our car until they are ready for it, b) why not actually keep the client informed rather than making them chase up the most basic information, and c) worst of all, WHY LIE?! Its not like we were not going to find out that we would not have our car back for 2 weeks. Just save yourself the trouble and take your business anywhere but here. They make it very obvious they don't need or care for it.

Dealership won't sell me their car!!!
I was trying to buy a used Mustang from this dealership and they told me that I can't buy a car from them because I have to come to the dealership to fill out the paperwork. I live in Albuquerque, NM and can't fly to New York just to sign some paperwork. This is the only dealership I have come across that would not sell me a car because I can't sign the paperwork in person. I think that their policy on this is not customer friendly! They should not have their cars on-line with that policy!

Disregard my last review
I had a misunderstanding with the salesman and the manager, Michael, was very helpful when selling the vehicle. I recant my previous review and the rest of the purchasing process was adequate.

Salesman not motivated to sell
Colin was the used car salesman. He was rude and took for us to go in and look for him to hep us even after we had an appointment. Car was dirty when we arrived and had gash in the tire that he got defensive about it when asked. He was not knowledgeable about the vehicle and claimed that it was going to auction the next morning. When we tried to make a deal, he seemed aloof to the fact that we wanted to buy the car. Will not suggest going to this dealership to buy a used vehicle.
