    The people here are not friendly. Pushy sales tactics and then dthe manager gets mad because we're in lunching lobby when they kept us here for 4 hours.... Maybe Cadillac is friendlier.

    called in to dealer ship and was called back by o j came out that late afternoon and we agreed on my trade in value on a 2011 lincoln town car. returned... the trade in next day and drove off in my new 2014 lincoln navigator. It was the easiest deal i have ever made . love my newer Lincoln. james a drake.
