I drove 180 miles to look at and test drive a truck. Wasted 3 hrs dealing with finance. Salesman was good (Michael). He had to get GM involved and I had to drive back in order to get a deal done and still waited 1 1/2hrs. They still haven't paid the payoff on my trade which to me is bad business. They have 25 days according to Texas law but that's shady. Usually means they don't have the funds to complete the transaction. Not a great experience by any stretch.

Terrible experience hidden charges, $299 worthless etch add on, I could go on and on. Bottom line, chose another dealership and agree on a price in writing before visiting.
Don’t sell your car to Bayway Lincoln
Do not sell your high end vehicle to Bayway Lincoln! I sold my sports car to Bayway and a few days later, the sales manager called to tell me he had to install a catalytic converter and perform various other repairs and was going to deduct the cost from the contract price. I did not authorize nor approve repairs and advised the car ran perfectly when sold and passed inspection within past 2 weeks and impossible car was missing catalytic converters. The dealership was not able to return my car as they had already processed paperwork and refused to pay the contract price. 2.5 months since car sold and I have not been paid. Pending litigation.
