I recently purchased a car from Mike And Sons and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help without being pushy. The selection of used cars was impressive—clean, well-maintained, and fairly priced. The entire buying process was smooth, They even went above and beyond by offering a free vehicle history report and a warranty option, giving me extra peace of mind.

Sold me vehicle with a problem they were fully aware of (but did not divulge to me). Peddled a useless 3 month warranty that does not cover anything. Very responsive before you actually buy the car, then they just ignore you. Dishonest to the bone.

They sold me a vehicle with a bad RAC and PINON!! I aske for them to fix it and they wouldn't not to mention when i picked up my vehicle it smelled like alcohol He promised he would replace the brakes , HE NEVER DID, when I questioned him he said very nasty , i fixed the problem so ..ALSO my title and registration is wrong and now its my problem ... These people should not be in business !!

Terrible experience. The dealer was very responsive until he received payment. After which will not even answer any of my calls. Dishonest. Would not recommend.

Very nasty car dealer does not know how to talk to customers very very nasty nobody should buy a car from nasty people such as they are

Purchased a Ford F-150. Paid full asking price in cash. Michael Ramirez and his son talked a good game. Promised my title in 5 days. 6 weeks later after several phone messages and unreturned emails I finally had to file a complaint with NJDOT. They stepped in and obtained the title from Michael. More important. The vehicle Michael sold me would not pass inspection because it was unsafe to drive. Michael said it was my problem because I bought it "as is". However it is illegal to sell any car in New Jersey that will not pass inspection. Michael said it was still my problem. Not his. I was reasonable and asked him to just split the cost of the repair with me. Michael refused. Next time we see each other it will be in court.

A great car at a fair price. Had no problem with allowing me to take it to a mechanic. And addressed the 1 issue that was found quickly and fairly. Worth the hour drive to get the vehicle i wanted. A truly honest and honorable dealership

Car drives great, service was awesome . No problems at all.. received everything on time , no scams , no lemons... Will definetely be using this company again...

I went looking for a specific vehicle and ended up getting a better deal. Glad I made the trip! Very polite & helpful through the process.
