Excellent service.

Excellent service. Jim Cox does especially well in terms of communicating status on difficult jobs. I have been taking my vehicle there for many years and never had a negative experience.

Hmmm…I financed my service repairs for 2k+ to get a new

Hmmm…I financed my service repairs for 2k+ to get a new starter, throttle body flush and a/c flush so that I can get to work w/o any car issues. I asked for a diagnostic report, but was provided with an estimate.I am well aware of the difference. I have owned my vehicle since my lot exchange. I picked up my vehicle Friday(11-24-23), today is Sunday(11-26-23). Why is my engine light is ON and I am due for an oil change, yet none of it was caught on diagnostic NOR recommended? I thought I was taking my vehicle to the Flagship of the city! Oh well, trust is overrated with the dearships too, I guess! Yes, my vehicle is older, but I have been diligent in taking care of it and not interested in a new one at this time. My Service Rep. stated these were the mechanic’s notes. It was a no-brainer. I towed my vehicle in w/power and an unengaged starter. Wow! I would really like my diagnostic report. I paid for it. Thank you.
