use car with cracked windshield

very poor service. very dishonest their word is no worth a penny. If you buy a used car from them they will charge twice what the used car is really worth. They say its because of supply and demand tight now. If anything needs done to any car you buy be sure to not except delivery until ever thing they promised has been done. cause their word is no good they will lie. If you take delievery they will not follow up on what they promised.

Excellent

Wow what a great service, quick, courteous and excellent value. Brought my 2012 CR-V for oil and filter change plus tire rotation and received a complimentary multi-point inspection and a car wash. Great amenities while I waited in a spacious wait room

DoNoT date to go to service, they are NOT prof.

We have been customers for more than 10 years, more than 4 leasing cars, many services. Now we needed to install a device to use a Uhaul into our Honda. We informed about our full requirement. They charged >$800 for parts and services. BUT they were not professional enough to include all the parts in the budget and we had to come back again and again to complete everything needed. Only ladies here and they knew we were in a rush! Such unprofessionalism is disappointing and we will take our business somewhere else for sure!!! Service @ Sterling McCall Honda Humble TX SUCKS!!!

BEWARE OF JULIA / HONDA CARE

BUYER BEWARE Before I begin, let me make this clear. The sales staff, Mark in particular, was great. Wilder has also been helpful. No complaints. HOWEVER, I will never ever do business with this dealership again. Beware of “Honda Care”, please don’t fall for this trap. “Honda Care” is not what it seems, and will be costly, EVEN IF YOU TRY TO CANCEL. After declining Honda Care twice, my wife and I were eventually coerced into purchasing Honda’s extended warranty. Three days later, after attempting to cancel Honda Care, it appears that we will be refunded $1,000 less than what it cost to purchase the extended warranty - a warranty we declined TWICE before ultimately being tricked into purchasing it. JULIA FROM FINANCING coerced my wife and I into purchasing this needless protection. If she’s your finance representative, request a new one. Looking to purchase a car? Go elsewhere. Don’t be coerced into purchasing a warranty that you don’t need or want.

They worked late when it counted!

I drove in with a bad battery, one hour before closing time. All Star service manager, Matt Swint, took charge, and I was driving out with a new battery before supper. Muchas gracias!

Good Communication

We went in for questions NO intent to purchase especially being we were out of Town however Edith our sales reps was amazing and the Sales manager was great the atmosphere was calm and laid back no pressure.

Excellent Service

This Service Department is one of the best. The customer service is truly a 5 🌟. I will take that 20mile / 26 minute drive any day. Each one of the representatives makes you feel welcome rather you have an appointment or not. They work with you with getting work done on your vehicle.

Rafael was great!

I’ve been in multiple times for a tire gauge issue and this time thanks to the mechanic’s perseverance a tiny leak was found and repair made. Many thanks to the mechanic and to Rafael for providing the best service experience!
