My Honda CRV did not started this morning.
My Honda CRV did not started this morning. Jumped started the battery and drove to Sterling Honda in Kingwood TX. The service was great as I did not had an appointment. Mr Darrell Tucker was very help full. Have to say I have no complains about their service at all. I bought my car at Sterling mc Call in 2016 and have the car serviced there all those years. Keep up the good work.

LACK OF ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMER
I called Sterling McCall on Sat and was very interested in a Jeep that they had on their preowned lot. The salesman was less than attentive. Via text he was asking me for my pay stub which I had my employer sent to them. By this time is was late and they closedd for the rest of the weekend. On Monday morning I called the salesman numerous times and no answer. So then I text at 10:54 and he finally answered "i just got to the Office" I told him I wanted to wrap up today if possible and I had $1000 to out down. My only request was the payment be under $300, on a $10,000 vehicle. I got no responce from him for many hours, I called, I texted nothing. Then I finally thought I would just call the finance manager and see what was going on. The receptionist was going to send me to the pre owned manager, then decided to send me to finance. When I was transfered I got a voicemail. When I called back, conveinently they were closed. WOW!!!

Jeffery Rogers is the Man.The guy helped me under stand my options on teh repairs. Was not pushy at all , even gave me a great competitive price on my repair. I'd definitely recommend the dealership specially jeff.

Terrible!! Called to inquire about the availability of a used vehicle and then showed up 30 minutes later to test drive. At the end of the test drive I was told there was someone else at the dealership that was interested in the vehicle. I was told that I had first option to purchase but only if I financed the vehicle through them. I had previously explained that I had financing pre-approved through my bank already and was prepared to do business immediately. The sales manager, Bryan Vazquez, instructed the sales person to tell me that I could finance through them and refinance through my bank at a later date, otherwise they would not sell me the car! This dealer would prefer that you show up uninformed and unprepared so that they can prey on you with inflated interest rates. Again...terrible...

Great Service. I was waiting for my car and the waiting area was perfect. The service was great and on time. I call the customer service for scheduling and she's awesome. When I arrived, I was immediately accommodated and after they gave me free car wash.
