Roberto is my salesman. He was very positive and pleasant. He greeted has if he had known me before. He knew what wanted and why I was there . He was sensitive, informative and knowledgeable with the vehicle and my concerns.

Happy to say the Sterling McCall Honda team really work

Happy to say the Sterling McCall Honda team really work together today to get my car repaired and back to me. This morning I realize that the air vent near the driver side was blowing hot air while the passenger side was blowing cool air. Despite it being a Saturday the Honda McCall team fit me in. They even managed to give me a ride home and offered to have a driver come out to pick me back up. I also appreciate how the team really works together to solve any customer issues. I really want to mention Keisha who has always been so helpful. Not just with me but I have seen her go out of her way to help many customers she?s one of those people that seems to have eyes in the back of her head, allowing her to take care of things right away! Today she introduced me to service advisor, VICKIE PSCION. I really appreciated her going over the recommendations and calling me to see if I needed a ride to pick up the car. One of the neatest things sterling McCall does is wash your car! They definitely believe in service and I am happy to say I?ve been using them ever since I bought the car!!

They are super nice and helpful.

They are super nice and helpful. Very good customer service. The only complaint I have is that sometimes it’s a really long wait for just an oil change even with an appointment.

Always a great experience carlo balite my service advisor is exceptional knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with sterling mccall is 1000 percent better than loving honda where I purchased my vehicle from wish I had shopped around I bought my second new vehicle in 1981 from sterling Toyota same folks I assume also a great experience keep up the good work
