I bought a 2021 nissan rogue that burns oil.It needs a valve job.Wiesner refused to fix the problem or even admit there was a problem while the car was on warranty. I have to add oil every month.I don't know how long the engine can last with leaky valves.Dont buy from Wiesner.

Now a 2 Buick family
My wife bought a 2021 Envision from Cody and loved the way he worked with her. When it was time for me to purchase a new car, I told her I would give Cody first shot. He didn't disappoint! Did everything great and treated us wonderfully. I bought the new 2024 Envista and love it! Thanks Cody!!

A horrible rip off experience do not go there
Bought a check engine light nightmare Ford F-150 from kale and Clint the sales manager they had it 3 months couldn't get the light to turn off it's smoked every morning blue smoke out the tailpipe filmed it sent the films to them they said oh it's nothing to do with them that's what Ford's do I retained a lemon law attorney basically they blocked my number told me they want to have nothing to do with it they're pushy arrogant sales people I would run from that place don't ever buy anything from wiesner my name is Roger I would run from that dealership like my hair was on fire I've contacted the better Business bureau and a consumer rights attorney and a lemon law attorney

Poor Service for Repairs
I took my car to be serviced because it was making a really bad sound at the front of my car while driving and slowing down. I also told Lisa that the back end was making a weird nose which I couldn't describe. She called me and told me they couldn't find anything wrong with the back, but want to charge me $240 to service me for a throttle body. I told her to tell them to drive my car again, and never a word from her that they drive my car for a second time. I called back just to find out she had left for the day, great service in corresponding with your customers. I got home and told my husband to drive my car and clearly, he heard what I was talking about and Wiesner couldn't. Wiesner needs to get a whole new group of mechanics because they do a poor job at trying to find out or even service customers' cars. Unless it’s an emergency I will never use this dealership again. If there was another choice for a Chevrolet dealer here in Huntsville I would definitely use them. This dealership does not deserve a rating.

This was my 8th vehicle purchased here. Have always had super service. Even though I now live 120 miles away I will always come back to Wiesner of Huntsville.

GMC Canyon over Toyota Tacoma
Stopped buy on a Thursday when it was rainy bitter bold amd both Hector and Cody came out to help me on the lot. They took the time to answer my questions and did not pressure me in any way. This is the first automotive product besides a Toyota I have owned in over 15 years. The people at Wiesner made the difference and because of them and the great GMC product I now own a GMC Canyon. Great place and they are concerned about their customers.

I had a GREAT experience at this dealership ordering/purchasing my new truck! While the truck was getting built, Kale & Clint kept me updated regularly & I always felt like I was a priority. When I drove into town to make the purchase, they had everything ready & the transaction was seamless. I'm incredibly grateful for everything!
