Only reason I gave them a one is because it makes you

Only reason I gave them a one is because it makes you score something, I guess the one could be for friendly staff! I bought a car there in February, I drove it to work one night and it leaked gas all over the parking lot I called them they brought a tow truck to get it, that patched up the gas line and that was it! I driven the car a total of 3 times, since February because it won’t run I have replaced the throttle body, the alternator, 3 sensors and the battery, I’ve had to pay two tow bills where I had to get a record for it twice! Then they call my job asking me to call them about the car, I called they want to know when I’m going to register the car I explained to them the car won’t run, and hadn’t run since I bought it and in order for me to register the car o would have to get insurance and I’m not paying insurance for it to set in the driveway. The lady ask what was going in with the car again I explained she said she would talk to her manager and call me back I haven’t heard back from them yet. After giving a hearty down payment,buying insurance as well as all the parts, paying the mechanic and having the car towed every time you attempt to drive it I really don’t have the money to purchase another car so I’m struggling to even find a way to work. Very frustrating and disappointing to say the least!

Should have read reviews first. Bought a car from them, with a loan too, after two weeks (right when their warranty thing ends) it started having problems. 800$ in repairs later still doesnt work and now just collects dust in my yard. DO not buy from them.

I bought a Range Rover and the warranty I put almost

I bought a Range Rover and the warranty I put almost $10,000 in this car because it broke down the day after I bought it and I had to have it towed to Florida almost 4 months goes by with me trying to get a title to the car, I paid cash. Rico told me there was a problem and they could not get a title to bring the car back. He would not pay me for any of the repairs that I did to the car and canceled the refund price check until I gave him the buyer order back. 1 month later he sold the car for $10,000 more than I had paid for it , four months after he sold the car for $5000 more than I paid for it he made $15,000 off the repairs that I did. I found out today surety bond information, they are sure bonded through travelers Insurance and I found out that they had the title the whole time. they just had me bring the car back and they made the money off the repairs that I paid for . I’m suing. It took almost 2 yrs to get bond info. If you need to sue this dealer go through travelers insurance. I also have proof they are rolling back the mileage. The mileage is not correct on these cars and I have paperwork to show it , do not buy from these people do not buy from these people and sue them go through their Bond sue them .. well, you’re not going to be able to buy from them for long because I’m getting their license pulled if it’s the last thing I do

Scam

BUYERS BEWARE. After driving over 4 hrs to look at a car. They knew we drove this far but failed to tell me the car had quite a few issues. For starters the door unlock button did not work. Owner nervously said try key pod. Engine light was on. Another excuse saying the car has sat for awhile. Told them that doesn't cause the car to have check engine light on. Motor didn't work on sunroof. Disgusting how these dealers lie and hope they can sell a broke down car hoping Potential buyer doesn't notice these issues.

Shady Car Lot

I put a $200 deposit down for a week hold on a vehicle. I decided a couple days later not to purchase it and called letting them know and to refund my money. I never received it and when I called asking about it, they said I had waited longer than a week so I wasn't going to get it back. Just a heads up if you are thinking about doing business here.

Rip off .cars are junk

Bought a 06 volvo and had to spend 3500 to have front struts and 600 for alternator and vacuum fixed.. within 2 weeks of purchase also transmission started slipping within 3 weeks.. but they claimed it was a good car..they are liers and crooks..also have electrical problems. Windows work ramdomly and headlight bulbs keep blowing every month..would not recommend. I wohld sue if i could..

Worst dealership ever!

Had the van checked out by my mechanic before purchase. He told me it needed valve cover gaskets. Also the driver sliding door did not work and I was informed that they had ordered a part for and would be in the next week. They agreed to do the door repair and the valve repair the next week. Took it back the next week and the door part was still not in but they supposedly fixed the valves. Four months later I am still leaking oil because apparently they only changed the front valves and not the rear ones. Still have a broken door and was given the biggest run around regarding the title to the van being missing. This company is a total sham. They have the worst customer service, the worst mechanics, and the worst business operations. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! Right across the street is AL’s used cars in Dalton. I purchase a car from them a month after I bought the van and Al was amazing and the car is perfect! Do not trust any of the Paniagua auto in Dalton or Cleveland!

You think you hate it now...wait until you drive i

So I had ordered a nice Arctic blue sport wagon to drive the family out west in. I showed up to pick it up and...no sport wagon. What's worse is when I attempted to take my car and leave they informed me it had been crushed. CRUSHED! I had no choice but to make a deal on a Puke Green Family Truckster that is honestly the worst car I have ever owned. Stay Away.
