Shady Car Lot

I put a $200 deposit down for a week hold on a vehicle. I decided a couple days later not to purchase it and called letting them know and to refund my money. I never received it and when I called asking about it, they said I had waited longer than a week so I wasn't going to get it back. Just a heads up if you are thinking about doing business here.


Rip off .cars are junk

Bought a 06 volvo and had to spend 3500 to have front struts and 600 for alternator and vacuum fixed.. within 2 weeks of purchase also transmission started slipping within 3 weeks.. but they claimed it was a good car..they are liers and crooks..also have electrical problems. Windows work ramdomly and headlight bulbs keep blowing every month..would not recommend. I wohld sue if i could..


Worst dealership ever!

Had the van checked out by my mechanic before purchase. He told me it needed valve cover gaskets. Also the driver sliding door did not work and I was informed that they had ordered a part for and would be in the next week. They agreed to do the door repair and the valve repair the next week. Took it back the next week and the door part was still not in but they supposedly fixed the valves. Four months later I am still leaking oil because apparently they only changed the front valves and not the rear ones. Still have a broken door and was given the biggest run around regarding the title to the van being missing. This company is a total sham. They have the worst customer service, the worst mechanics, and the worst business operations. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! Right across the street is AL’s used cars in Dalton. I purchase a car from them a month after I bought the van and Al was amazing and the car is perfect! Do not trust any of the Paniagua auto in Dalton or Cleveland!


You think you hate it now...wait until you drive i

So I had ordered a nice Arctic blue sport wagon to drive the family out west in. I showed up to pick it up sport wagon. What's worse is when I attempted to take my car and leave they informed me it had been crushed. CRUSHED! I had no choice but to make a deal on a Puke Green Family Truckster that is honestly the worst car I have ever owned. Stay Away.


No car from the site on the lot.

Stopped by yesterday. No one ever came out ( I guess scared of the rain). I drove the lot 2 times around and could not see any of the cars listed on site. Parked for a few minutes then left. I am kind of glad to see the do have the price posted on the cars windshield, saves headaches. I sent request on a car a few weeks back with no Answers. I have seen the 2 star rating on line and figure I thread safely. Glad I did! Too bad.

Sent a message asking about a Tahoe they had before we drove 70 miles out of our way on our way home. It was a holiday weekend, but I ended up having to call the morning we were leaving to see if we were going to drive over there and look at it. Santiago greeted us courteously and promptly and showed us the vehicle, But it was not what we were looking for.

5 Stars? Really?

How can this dealership have a 5 star rating when almost all reviews are negative? I have been trying to make contact with them about a used car they have posted on Been trying for several days with no response to any form of text, e-mail, or phone calls.

Buyers Beware!

This dealership is a joke! Drove 100+miles from Atlanta only to see junk cars, that they are advertising as good running condition. But in the words of the salesman"Don't Crank Up the Vehicle, Because the Water Pump is MISSING!" (I guess from the time we spoke to the salesman the day before and 24 hours later when we arrived in Dalton, Ga the pump miraculously disappeared??) We tried to make Lemons, out of Lemonade and tried not to make a wasted trip. We thought we found a vehicle that was workable so we offered cash. The seller immediately jacked up the price that it was advertised and tried to sell and 02" Vehicle for almost double the price they had it listed. When asked about the jacked up price, they had no explanation to why the price was immediately increased even after we advised that we spoke to a sales person the day before confirming the price. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP!!!!


Great Sales Staff

I purchase a car but I was not happy with the purchase. They refunded me the money! I didn't have much cash and I was so impressed with their customer service. As in any used cars please do your due diligence on the vehicle. They went over and above.
