    I had a warranty issue with my 2016 Soul,I didn't buy my vehicle at Matt Blatt so I expected some sort of run around. This didn't happen! I called, got... an appointment and arrived at the proper time. A nice fellow checked my car in, and I met with Lou Paramonte, service consultant. Lou explained the repair procedure and the time it would take to complete. He called me and updated the progress in a timely manner and the problem was taken care of at no cost to me. In addition, they did a complete diagnosis of the potential problems with the vehicle and recommended proper service. Again, no cost to me. I really appreciated the fine service and honesty of this dealership. Thanks Lou and Matt Blatt Kia.

    I appreciated that I was not lied to and that my salesman kept his word the whole time. Phil Pestrichello answered every single one of my questions truthfully... and with expertise and more. Usually car buying is a rough experience but this one was a great one and they all bent over backwards to get me approved for my vehicle. I thank them all and would definitely go back in the future. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Rated excellent all around!

    I visited Matt Blatt after a friend recommended a Kia since my GM lease was coming due and I was getting frustrated with my search because of cost and... availability. The manager set me up with Tyler who was great right from the start. He guided me through the various Optima trims. I drove a sport 1st and decided it wasn't for me. He explained the difference and we drove an EX and I loved it! We talked some prices, lease vs finance etc and I was happy based on the competitive numbers I had. I wasn't pressured at all and said I would think about. Well I did some more research during the week, went to some North NJ KIA dealers and the price couldn't be touched. I texted Tyler and told him the color I wanted and he found it at a nearby KIA. Tyler then came to my vacation home with all of the paperwork and went over it and I signed. I picked up the car a few days later and Tyler even returned my GM for me!

    I came here on the recommendation of a friend who had purchase a Kia from Tyler. Not expecting to buy. But, to my surprise Tyler found me the perfect... 2016 Kia Optima (I had planned on buying another Hyundai) I have shopped multiple dealers, and in the future I will only shop here..Tyler, as was everyone I came in contact with..very professional and knowledgeable. This was the most stress free car buying experience I have ever had. Thank You Tyler and Matt Blatt Kia of Toms River!!!
