Fantastic customer service

We have purchased twice with Finnegan and are always highly satisfied! Our salesman Gray and Omar with financing made this transaction smooth. Highly recommend all of our family and friends to these guys with Finnegan for any vechile needs.

There was an issue with the display package in my new

There was an issue with the display package in my new truck. I went to the dealership to discuss my concerns and the sales staff went above and beyond my expectations to ensure my satisfaction.I will definitely refer anyone interested in a new vehicle to Finnegan. I will be back when it is time for another car or truck.

We purchased a 2023 Grand Cherokee Summit from Finnegan

We purchased a 2023 Grand Cherokee Summit from Finnegan in Rosenberg in November 2022. The entire experience was pleasant. We felt that they listened to what we wanted and were fair in pricing. I would not hesitate to use them again and will recommend them to our friends and family. Jonathan Boyd is exemplary.

I am trying to submit my review for my new tires that Ayella got for me. She did a great job helping me. I highly recommend her and my new tires are great.

The service department customer service reps and follow

The service department customer service reps and follow up is lacking big time. I had a vehicle in there for 3 days and had to call for updates every step of the way! Yeah n addition the person answering the phone later in the day had zero customer service skills. There was a lady by the name of Sylvia and she was the only one that was somewhat professional when answering the phone to transfer me to service department. Several others not so much. And again, over the course of three days I had to call a lot, due to no follow up calls despite my service coordinator telling me each time they would call me with an update in several hours, or first thing in the morning. Never happened.

Service done to my keep was acceptable.

Service done to my keep was acceptable. Only issue I had was service writer told me it would take approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours. 3 hours later it was done. ☹️
