When I called about tires, Ayella was very helpful in findIng good tires for my car that were in my price range. She got me in quickly and got the work all done. I am thankful for her helping me get all this done.

The service department customer service reps and follow up is lacking big time. I had a vehicle in there for 3 days and had to call for updates every step of the way! Yeah n addition the person answering the phone later in the day had zero customer service skills. There was a lady by the name of Sylvia and she was the only one that was somewhat professional when answering the phone to transfer me to service department. Several others not so much. And again, over the course of three days I had to call a lot, due to no follow up calls despite my service coordinator telling me each time they would call me with an update in several hours, or first thing in the morning. Never happened.

Service done to my keep was acceptable. Only issue I had was service writer told me it would take approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours. 3 hours later it was done. ☹️

Upfront and very communicative. Got the car back within the same day. They even washed it for me! Great service all around
