Car-buying could not have been easier!!! After encountering inexperienced salesmen at an area gated "used car factory", a dead battery in a pre-owned "certified" vehicle & being refused a test drive on the actual road in a similar vehicle (no I am not kidding.. the dealership insisted we use their tiny track), we stopped by Funky's in full defensive-mode expecting more of the same chaotic runaround. To our pleasant surprise we were greeted with warm hospitality & honesty. We met Denny who took a quick photo of my license and handed me the key for the vehicle we were interested in. We took a long test-drive to learn more about the car. After our drive, we left to grab lunch with no pressure to hang around in the showroom. Once we reached a decision, I called Denny who agreed to meet later that evening. When I returned, we proceeded with a very smooth negotiation on the vehicle price and for our trade-in. Found a 2009 Lexus es 350at a reasonable price. It's not your typical lot experience. Very personal service. Dennis Gray was friendly, professional and polite. I would recommend both this dealership and Denny in particular.
