Very Pleased!

Drove by and saw a vehicle that caught my eye. Stopped in and staff was easy going and helpful. Serge was my salesman. I would highly recommend Funky’s for a simple buying process!

They're very nice to you at first

Everybody was really professional very nice no hassle they did very well with working and talking to me online even if you're trying to get to a car lot and look to it for a car and you wouldn't have minimal face-to-face contact These guys were great. Update coming: 6/19/2020 Talk to the salesman Serge. it was very nice he got me worked in even though they got a bunch of cars to get the AC fixed. The problem they fix the air temperature control module which lets the AC blow in what they didn't fix was the evac switch so you couldn't change it from only blowing on the windshield in the floor. When I text the salesman this Serge. I was told "well it's blowing cold air out the top and the bottom" when I explained to him what was wrong because I've owned four of these cars it then became an issue. I mean what's the point of saying that you're going to fix the AC if all it does is blow on your feet That's not fixing the air conditioning at all that you just putting a band-aided on xxxx slapping something on it and getting it out the door and treating your customers like crap. it seems like they're just going to be another one of these pop-up places that are band-aiding cars and sticking them on people Make sure you look over the car Make sure you get everything in writing I wouldn't trust them anymore I was on my way to go up there to work out a deal on another car for my wife I will not waste the time and I will take my business elsewhere

Hello Ronnie, We are sorry you had an issue of which we had NO control and are always here if you need us as I've always explained to every customer. As soon as I heard you had an issue (roughly 2 months later) I reached out to you (same day)and tried to call but you let me a very nasty text. I ask you to please give me a call and I would make sure and get to the bottom of your issue and fix it. We had to order a part and that was explained to you. I have all texted you sent which which were very negative. This is all because we didn't have a part in stock which was back ordered. This is all over a $30.part. You were so abusive in your text that I even offered to give you a full refund on your vehicle which you refused. So basically we offered to fix your car 100%, you refused. We offered to purchased your car back including taxes, you refused. I'm not sure what else we could have offered you. Were sorry you had an issue and are always here to help but we can't fix something if you don't cooperate. Were sorry for any inconvenience and as I stated before will still be glad to help you if you would like the issue fixed. You have my cell so please reach out anytime if you'd like. I've tried calling and texting numerous times to resolve this for you to no avail. We are a family owned business who has been here over 30 years and take great PRIDE in our customer service and how we handle issues that come up. With less than 3 total complaints (ever) so its evident that we will always do our best and go above and beyond to help a customer but they to have to be cooperative as well. Wonderful experience!!!

I saw the 4runner on facebook and thought that's exactly what I'm looking for. I called the number spoke to the sales Serge who answered all my questions. I told him I'd been trying to build my credit and my score wasn't great. He assured me that he could help and said I should just do an on line app. So I did at 10 am monday morning. He called around 4 o'clock the same day with the great news of my approval!!! So now I'm approved and this car lot is a 6 hour drive away from house. I got there at 10 am the next day everyone greeting me and knew I was and where I came from. In a few hours the 4runner was in my name. Serge had my new car wash and filled up with gas for the trip home. They did me right on my trade for me piece of mind with an amazing extending warranty!! They told me to call anytime if I needed something or had any questions. I shook everyone's hand and hit the road!!! I love my new ride!!! Like I said wonderful experience! Great cars at great prices and there were no hidden fees!!!!

OUTSTANDING!!!!! I was in the market for a very specific truck. After a dozen or trips to other dealerships and looking at 20 trucks i discovered FUNKYS. Sheri did a great job, and i bought a truck with no suprises or excuses and no hidden issues or problems. There were a couple of minor items that were addressed immediately and on the spot. The price was up front and fair and i did appreciate a clean vehicle with a full tank of gas. This is not a "normal" used car dealership as evident in the facility, cars and personnel. Everyone was nice, professional and trully seemed they enjoyed being there. I want to say "Thank You"to Steve Funky , Shari and his great staff. I will see you this fall and look forward to buying from you again.
