Really Disappointed, went there from Boston, almost an hour drive, went in and checked out a vehicle, after I called the day before and told them I was coming up, drove there in a storm, they showed me the vehicle, I told them I wanted to buy it, went out to get a bite to eat, told them I would be right back, they sold the vehicle when I got back, after 1/2 hour or so. No phone call to give me first divs. What a xxx xxxxx, no courtesy”.Zero” “ 0”

The worst experience EVER!

The worst experience EVER! Why should the buyer have to reach out to the seller for updates of when to pick up their newly purchased vehicle? I paid you, remember. I wish I gave my money to any other dealership on this planet than this one. Better yet, scheduled (myself proactively) time to come in and get my spare key( mind you they knew I traveled far for this), I checked in with the seller multiple times to confirm date and time.. I show up that day and time, and the key guy wasn't there that day. Oops sorry.. can you come in next week? My last day of maternity leave ( they knew that ahead of time as well). Disgraceful service. Never again.
