They were not the usual pushy salesmen, fixed everything on the car I bought without question. Answered all calls promptly. Bought the car at a great... price, and they were honest with any past issues the car had. Will go back again.
I was inquiring about a car from vdubs and we were close to making a deal when i was talking about being 25 bucks a moth too high and the sales person... then told me that he finds that much in his couch when he cleans it. Way to make a customer feel good about buying a car from them
One of the easiest and most pleasant car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Saw a great price for one of their Audi Q7’s online, gave them a call, went... in to test drive and had the paperwork signed all within several hours. They were very transparent through the whole process and were able to meet my budget and exceed my expectations. I highly highly recommend them to everyone!
After a week of looking and getting the run around from other dealers I finally found one that didn't waste my time. Came out to look at two cars specifically.... Wow. What a great selection of cars. Scott was extremely nice and knowledgeable. After45 min of driving cars and finally picking one I really liked, Jason was able to get my loan approved in 15min. That's fastest that's ever happened. These guys made the buying process so easy. The car needed a few things done like tires and window tint. I came back two days later, they gave me a loaner car until it was done. I highly recommend this place.
I purchased 2010 Audi TTS from this dealer. I worked mainly with Scott, but I don’t think anyone else would be different. First, they assured me to maintain/replace... the brake fluid and that the mechanic "Anthony" will at least top off or replace the brake fluid, but I found out from him afterwards that he didn't do it!! The day after I bought this car and drove it home, I found out that the CD Changer behind the NAV System doesn't work. I told Scott about it by text and in person, and apparently he knew about it and did not disclose it to me. Why? ....... Here is why.. When I asked him for the reason of not letting me know before about this, his response was “Well….. We don’t check stuff like these but we check main components and parts of the car!!!!” Really, so this is not part of the car that you sell to your customers!! How about saying “ I’m sorry, we will replace it or fix it for you” like a regular dealer would do!! Scott, offered to help, but only falsely. He sent me to his buddy shop to look at this changer, and that guy called Scott and told him that the changer is damaged and beyond repair, and it needs to be replaced and he found one for Scott on ebay for only $255, so when I went back to Scott to follow up with him, his response was exactly “I’m not going to pay $500 to replace it for a car I just sold!!” but then he said, after a second, let me look at some options for you, ….. and here is where his games started to play. When I say “Games” I mean it. For almost 3 weeks, he has been elusively stringing me with scenarios and drama every single freaking day from “We may find one from one of our cars” and “Well, we may find from someone that we know and deal with to replace yours” or “let’s wait to see if one of our salvage cars can have one that we can pull out from” and on and on and on……. I showed him the link of one CD changer online from ebay for only $255 with a shipping fee of $45 and his response “that should be fine, NO worries, tomorrow if we don’t get one from our car, I will buy it”. Tomorrow comes and the day after comes and next week comes and weeks come… and nothing is happening. When I said almost three weeks (as of November 14, 2019) and it would be a month and 2 months and could be more, if I continue to work with him. His goal is to string me as much as possible to get me tired of this and forget about it! His goal is not to be honest and transparent and say what he truly want to do. Instead of fixing their problems and their lies, he chose to evasively drag me for very very long time. I have been calling this man and texting this man at least two times every single freaking day of these 3 weeks and nothing is being done!!! and I’m getting very livid from this place . Just full of liars and evasive people. All I’m getting are fake promises and lies and drama. Why? Why not just being honest and done with this! ? You cannot, because that’s how your place run, Scott!!! This reflects nothing but a dishonest evasive dealer that you would not want to trust buying your car from. Dishonest, elusive and not straightforward people to deal with, is a very big problem and no wonder all the terrible reviews that I read about them. I do not count reviews from people walked by and test drove one of their cars and walked away. I count on reviews from people who actually “bought” cars from these guys. Just shame on a dealer who does all that to his customers. Such a cheap dealer I have never experienced in my whole life. I offered to him to even handle the installation cost of this CD Changer if he buys it, but yet they are cheap enough not to do it. Now, I have to buy it, and purchase the PIN Code or have Audi flash tune it to make a used unit I buy work for this car. That’s IF AUDI accepts to work on pre-owned component that doesn’t belong to this car! I don't care if they respond or not as it means nothing to me. Shame on a dealer who does all these lies and evasion. My free advice to you..STAY AWAY..
The worst car purchase of my life, horrible experience! I bought a car from this place and it has been a nightmare since the beginning. I was promised... stuff and was never done. They (Pete) added a worthless extended warranty without my Authorization which i found out after i got the paperwork . I definitely not recommend this place, their business is just wrong, they should be ashamed!
The service was terrible the buying process took way to long and once I was in possession of the car for 2 weeks they tell me to bring the car back due... to loan not going through and on the way back someone crashed in to the car and became undeliverable so they picked it up and never gave me a dime back
One of the best car buying experiences and there have been many. FAST! Awesome deal. I dealt with Scott and he was very good to work with. I recommend... that if you are in the market, give them a shot. You'll save thousands!
Went to pick up car they had moved to new facility their equipment (conputers, etc) wasn’t working. It was a long long process. Had a tire on an almost... flat pointed that out to them and the tinting job is not good at all. Request a spare kit never got those. After hours of being there we never mention the low tire nor the tinting just left. There were only enough gas in car to drive 15 miles and of course the gas light came on and the symbol for low tires came on. Had to return for a part for the car and the keys they had order I was told did not work but they would get another key and fed ex it to me. Never did receive that. I’m just going to say they were overwhelm with the present move.
I was greeted by a red/multicolored shoulder length haired salesman named Mandie. Her greeting was rather odd, and lacked professionalism to say the least.... Her words to me when I entered V Dubs Only was, "Whats up dog?". Not only was this greeting the opposite of professional, but for her to use this type of language towards me is uncalled for when I saw her greet other potential buyers in a more professional manner. Once I ask to speak to the manager and go about inquiring specific information to finish my visit, I simply say "you have a good day", she then says in a loud obnoxious tone "you have a good day homie". The owner then proceeds to tell me that she speaks like that to everyone and that she means no harm. Due to Mandie's lack of professionalism, and demeaning attitude not only will I not be purchasing a vehicle from them or conducting any future business with them, but I would not recommend anyone doing business at this establishment if these type of mannerisms on the part of sales managers are allowed by superiors.
