The service department is the worst!!!! I've been trying to schedule my service for 3 days. They kept putting me on hold NUMEROUS times during each call... only to waste my time and not service my vehicle. I wouldn't recommend them to ANYBODY. Very rude and inconsiderate of their "most appreciated" customer's time!!
The buying process was super easy, and I got the best deal available on my 2015 Rogue. After researching and inquiring at several dealerships Lagrange... Nissan offered me the best price. The salesman Brian and finance guy Richard were awesome, the process took less than 2 hours and I was on my way. I totally recommend if you are searching for a Nissan give them a chance to serve you. Be very careful taking your car to be serviced here. They will definitely cheat you if you aren't paying close attention. Get a 2nd opinion

I loved the excellent service they gave me they have showed me great options.
I was impressed before I even arrived. I inquired online, and was contacted by Wes quickly. He let me know he would send me a quick video of the car... and did within 20 minutes. When I arrived I was greeted and everyone was helpful and worked together.
From the first phone call to the salesman Broderick, the chat with the Sales manager Richard, to financing with Mr. Marlow, It was the easiest day ive... had..Those folks would have had to made my down payment or just fed my wife and I dinner to make it any easier.. I went to Nissan of Lagrange looking for a used vehicle and to trade in my current car. I had an appointment set via email and went I arrived, Jim was... there to greet me. It was a pleasure to work with Jim as he was friendly, knowledgeable, and not "pushy" trying to sell me a car. The entire process was relaxed, yet efficient, as Jim and the team at Nissan of Lagrange made it as seamless as possible. Drove over 70 miles to get there and I'm glad I did!
I found this dealership through my financial institution. Received phone call to schedule an appointment, they even called the morning of my appointment... to confirm. Great! I make to the dealership, ask for the person I was instructed to ask for, that person was at the time in the restroom. No worries, after a few minutes I'm a little confused but continue on with the buying process. I walked through the door knowing EXACTLY what kind of car I wanted, as well as my price range. This should be easy right? Not so much, the finance guy, the WORST customer service! The next day I discarded their referral cards as I knew I woud not send anyone to this dealership. Fast forward a month or so, still no tag! GASPS! I called to inquire about my tag as my temp tag is about to expire. Whoever handles these situations clearly dropped the ball, and now I am stuck trying to fix her mess because she clearly can't read! I had to make multiple calls to the salesman, and this woman, who did not apologize for her mess up. I mean even if you aren't familiar with other states, READING is most certainly FUNDAMENTAL!
