I purchased a vehicle from this dealership that was no good, I was told everything works on the vehicle. Realized in 1 hour that my car navigation system wasn't functional, it has been over 4 months now they're refusing to replace it. From the Manager Brandon to the Finance Manager Shelley.. they're laid to me. I can't and will not recommend anyone here for business.

I bought a 2014 ram from them two months ago. At first it had a transmission problem. Fixed it. This miss it had , turned out to be the motor. It’s going to cost me $11,000. To fix. Don’t trust them!

Very early in the process and was a very comfortable experience. Salesman and manager were not pushy, gave me all the info needed. 5 stars highly recommend, will be back once tax return comes in.

Liars and scammers
Before I bought my car from them I asked if any work had been done on it and was told no, but as it turns out they had recently rebuilt the engine, botched it by forgetting a $3 bolt in the engine and lied about it. I was made to sign an aftermarket waiver and because of the waiver, I was not able to return or receive help with the car after it suffered catastrophic engine failure due to a missing harmonic balance shaft bolt. DO NOT buy and car that has been worked on or sign an aftermarket waiver from this dealership as their shop mechanics are incompetent and will lie and sell you a near dead car.

Perfect Buying Experience
Absolutely top notch customer service, professional demeanor, and quality vehicles. Found a gem of a Land Rover truck here that I had been looking for all over the area, but like most Seattle/Tacoma used car dealerships, they were all beat up. Not here, the quality of All American Motors vehicles is second to none. Brandon was great to work with, he made it happen for me, was extremely transparent to what they did to the truck, and what they wanted to get out of it. This leads me to another point, their vehicles are all vetted with a safety check and immediate addressing of maintenance needs, unlike most straight from the auction used car lots. In this time of COVID, I noticed scrubbing down of cars before delivery and test drive, everything was very clean in the facilities, and everyone was wearing PPE. I have never felt this comfortable in ANY car dealership. You can be assured that you will find the car or truck that you are looking for at a good price, and in a very clean, professional atmosphere at All American Motors! Plus, in these times, that name is pretty cool too! Thanks! Joshua Gooch

My experience at All American was not only satisfactory but also safe considering the unprecedented time we are all going through. Brandon was to the point and very helpful in explaining financial terms. Brandon takes his time and listens to the need of consumer. They have great cars. Reliable cars. Brandon was able to get me into a car that I was looking for. I highly recommend every one to go shop at All American Motors.

Five Stars!
Needing to get a new car right now during the Covid-19 crisis was not ideal to say the least... Worrying about the usual BS of buying a new car is stressful enough! Thank you to Brandon, who, despite having to run the place almost entirely on his own (due to the crisis restrictions), always responded promptly, and professionally, and negotiated a better deal than I could have expected given my circumstances. We dealt mostly over the phone and by email/text to reduce contact while discussing which vehicles I was interested in and what I could afford. I could even joke that I never saw his face since he was wearing a mask and gloves when I came to test drive the vehicle and sign the paperwork lol. Out of all of my car buying experiences (being five in total now) this was the most unique, stress free, and enjoyable experience I’ve ever had!

Salesman Austin was pleasant and knowledgeable,(the 3 stars are because of his excellent service) we bought a nice, low mileage commuter (2012 Hyundai accent) great car, however AFTER checking NADA and Kelly BB, we paid about $1000 over what the car books at for high retail. I TRUSTED THAT THE CAR WAS PRICED FAIRLY, DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE, RESEARCH THE CAR FIRST! I called and spoke with an owner and was told that was market value for that car according to some fictitious algorithm he claims is used in the industry, saying they don’t price according to NADA OR KELLY BB.....MARKET VALUE!!! It's a Hyundai barebones commuter. Not sure if I would ever come back to this lot, feeling like I was "suckered" after this purchase.

I Was impressed
I was impressed with American Motors, to be honest at first I was sure if I wanted to deal with them, it was hard getting into their parking lot and the salesperson I was suppose to talk with was busy, so I was introduced to Austin and he understood what I wanted to do and looking for. After couple hours we had a deal on a 2018 Chevy. Austin and the others there are great, they do listen, they understand. I'm for sure happy with them and I do recommend them for use trucks or cars, I feel you wont go wrong. Try them out, I think you'll be happy, I was.
