Great service!

Anthony Zobjeck, my service advisor was very friendly and helpful. He was willing to work with me on the price of the repairs.

A stressful situation made easy by HK and Gerald

I wasn't planning on buying a new car for two years, and two days after I said that aloud, the transmission went on my car. Being a freelance photographer, money is tight during the winter and the unneeded stress of making a huge purchase had me in tears when I came to Howard Krick for help. Howie sold both my brother and sister their cars, and has been a family friend since I was a kid, so I knew that he was the only person I could trust would do me honest. As soon as I got to Gerald, he put my worries to rest and immediately got to work in getting me the best deal and a reasonable monthly payment on a 2015 Nissan Rogue. The team at Gerald is wonderful, and I am so grateful for their kindness. I've had the Rogue for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. I highly recommend Gerald Nissan, and Howard Krick, to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Excellent customer service

Quick service and responses to questions. Vinod is always helpful. This is the fourth vehicle that I have leased from Gerald Nissan. Will keep coming back as long as pricing is good.

Excellent salesperson and a great sales experience.

Howard was recommended to us by my son in law. It was a very worthwhile recommendation. Howard was excellent to work with, not pushy, down to earth and just a pleasure to speak with. We looked at a couple different vehicles and decided on the Rogue. Once we told them our bottom line and what we wanted we were able to reach an agreement to satisfy everyone. They explained everything regarding the paperwork and were very patient considering we were there for 2 hours after closing. Overall a great experience for a very nice SUV!!

I like that everything is explained well. If I don't understand what is being done to the car and ask questions, they do not make me feel "dumb" for asking.

Top notch Salesman and Informative Sales Mgr.

Mohamaud, Salesman, was wonderful. Very informative about the Sentra and Altima. Very polite and looked at us when talking. Jason Allen, Sales Mgr. returned my call in a timely fashion, when I called to inquire about my end of lease options. He was very helpful in explaining my options, so much so that I made an appointment to see him the following day. True to his word, I was able to lease another car and the payments were less than what I was paying. Two outstanding employees!
