When I went there to look at a car no one would help me. walked around for awhile they saw me I guess didn't care. Not a friendly pace.

Sent three emails from cars.com site and received no answer back. I am guessing that they are selling so many cars that they don't have time to correspond... via email. Very disappointing lack of communication.

I called about a used car. They mentioned the car had a salvage title. When I began asking specific questions I was suddenly told the car was sold and... hung up on. I called back and was hung up on again with no explanation other than "I'm sorry that car has been sold" Click.
