Jack and Judy served me very well here. No hassles in the buying process - reasonable requests were granted and the overall experience was painless. Ended up with the vehicle I wanted without being pressured or upsold. Jack and Judy worked to get my financing straightened out and busted their tails so that I could leave same-day with the car. Jack has owned the place for 40 years and didn't seem pushy like salesmen at other dealerships. Honestly nice people who I would recommend to anyone. I haven't had any problems since buying but I feel like if I did, they would address them immediately even if not technically covered by a warranty or law.

Top Notch Customer Service From looking at inventory , purchase, and repairs, I experienced Top Notch customer service. I can see why they are entering their 40th year as a business! I needed a clean work vehicle and am very happy 16 months after purchase. They aim to please the customer by making things easier, like driving me home during repairs and delivering the car to me when fixed. I have published and written about quality control and customer service in another field, and feel I lucked out with this excellent small business.

As part of the process, we had the vehicle inspected by a 3rd party and the Pre-Owned staff helped facilitate this so it was quick and easy.
