Great Place Trusted Used Cars

Scott and Paige were wonderful to deal with , honest and upfront fair with pricing and repairs too. I bought a nice Mercedes SUV and referred my friend who bought a nice Audi SUV.

Communication not so good

My husband saw a vehicle he was interested in purchasing last week. He stopped by and inquired about the purchasing process etc. At that time the car wasn’t included in the inventory however he was told by Scott to complete an application and the car would be ready by Friday. My husband submitted an application online and after two days of not receiving feedback, my husband stopped by the lot on Saturday morning to inquire about his application and was told by Paige that his application didn’t come through but to go online and complete a new application, that she worked in financing and to call her Monday afternoon because the financing dept was closed on weekends. Scott wasn’t in. (Did find it odd that my husband couldn’t complete a new application on site... like do you not sale cars on Saturday?) So again, my husband went online to complete a second application, he called as instructed on Monday... upon calling he speaks to Scott who claims the car was sold Saturday morning... we were there Saturday morning! If you aren’t interest in doing business with “preferred persons” just say that... a customer deserves some sort of communication (positive or negative) after providing sensitive information twice. Two stars for the nice selection of inventory. Wish we could have had the same experience as the other 5-stars reviewers

Wonderful!

My husband found the car we ended up purchasing from Johnsons Automotive Group online. After talking to both Scott and his daughter Peyton, we were comfortable enough to make the 2-1/2 hour drive to view and test drive the car we were almost certain would be going home with us. Very pleased with our experience and will be doing business with them in the future.. again! Like we anticipated the vehicle we went to look at is now ours.

Nice small dealership. They have a nice inventory of vehicles. Remember all dealerships will take what you offer. This dealership was open to negotiations. Please have someone to inspect the car. Their might be small problems you don't see. I have this car inspected, it only had minor issues. I would recommend this dealership.

very poor customer service skills very poor

I inquired about a dodge ram they had. Told me to fill out the credit app and give them the vin to my trade in and would give me a call the following day. Well that was over a month ago...... so ill never deal with this dealership if they cant keep intouch with customers and keep their word when they said they will call you back the following day. Poor customer service skills if you ask me very very poor
