Now I’ve been looking for a specific vehicle and I seen

Now I’ve been looking for a specific vehicle and I seen that they have what I want and I also see the price is dropping so I decided to inquire about a vehicle. They gave me a buyers order which included an unnecessary markup darcars fee of $1273.40 because I was using cash .. WHAT!!! which I thought was ridiculous so I tried to make a fair offer and they just completely ghosted me . Mind you I’m ready to purchase and I’m willing to fly in out of state . So they will advertise one price but when you inquire you get markups and it’s sad because I dealt with this company many years back and they were extremely fair but I guess taking advantage of their customers is what they consider fair..

Go Go Go Away.

Go Go Go Away. This is my worst dealership experience ever. They DO NOT care about their customers ! Purchased a new car 4/5/24, and I still don’t have my new car tags. The tags/title paperwork was never issued or processed when I purchased the car on 4/5/24. I called on 6/7/24, to see where my tags were, and they said I owed $724.00 to process my tags. Why didn’t anyone tell me this two months after I purchased the car? They said they made a mistake, and said I had to pay $724.00 to get my tags I paid $724.00 on 6/7/24. Its now 8/4/24, still no tags, called several times recently, and NO ONE WILL RETURN MY CALL!!! I will be taking this complaint to the next level !!!!!

The dealership is horrible!

The dealership is horrible!!! They sold me a Nissan Sentra packed with so much to fix . They lied they got the car inspected which was a lie. They never picked up their calls and put me on hold for ever when I tried to call. Most often, they hung up on me. They duped me by refusing to fix the car because their 30 day warranty insisted to fix the car at their place which I found dishonest. Why must the car be fixed only at their dealership? They are reaping customers off and they keep transferring calls from one person to the next to avoid confrontation with customers. I just drove this car for two weeks and start spending money on it. They reap people off.BEWRE OF DARCARS OF NEW CARROLTON.. D ont get caught up with their fake kidness..

Kevin Mejia and Tim the GM were great to work with. I was able to negotiate everything upfront before arriving at the dealer, drove 16 hours to complete my trade-in and take delivery of my new Ram 3500. All went smooth and great, very professional.

It was never verbal harassment and I have it recorded and the payment was never a problem if the fact that they lied but that they enjoyed it for something I am not the only one who thinks the same about their team
