Bad very bad Dealership Robby will rip you off 😡😡

Don’t waste you money or time I got a truck from there in February & didn’t have it a month & the motor blow i was told he would help pay to get it fixed witch was a lie so don’t waste your time the owner Robby is a low life good for nothing he will lie & lie & lie

$8000 plus $5000 went bad in less than 7 miles

Sold me a lemon 🍋 went bad in 7 miles from dealership. Would not take back. This place is a joke, buyer beware. Traded for a newer vehicle and they only gave me $1000 because it couldn't be fixed. They reset the check engine light. The transmission was faulty, and the master mechanic at GMC could not fix electrical issues.

Never Again

Please don't waste your money here. Their customer service is horeible and they clear out check engine lights begore you test drive. Anything they promise you they will do it will be like pulling teeth to get them to honor it. Josh is a liar and says anything just to get you off the phone. When I test drove I saw him eith the key then he disappeared in the back and came back 10 mins later saying he was looking for the key. The car drove fine despite jumping at first but it's suv and the gas light was on so it didn't do it again after I put gas in. When I picked it up 2 days later the check engine light came on not even 2 mins up the road and AutoZone says it came up as a throttle sensor replacement. Quite sure they knew something was wrong with that car which is why they cleared the light. They were supposed to replace my side mirror, 14 days and 12 callslater and Josh has no clue if it ever showed up, someone will call me back. They never do

Horrible Service

Absolutely horrible and poor service!!! Brought a car from them and less than a week later it tore up and then they had the audacity to get nasty and rude with me over the phone! “We don’t have time for this, we have people here who WANT to buy cars” I wish they would shut them down! Never to buy from them again! Need to be closed down for selling junk cars, that have been wrecked, salvaged, and then patched up with NO inspection paper! Horrible establishment and I mean this!

Auto pro kinston

Tony Tucker was my salesman and was wonderful to deal with. Will go to him anytime, and send family. He was very polite and new his job well.He did not pressure me but explained every thing to me so I could understand everything. Best sales person I have ever had. Thank You so very much.

Shop there at your own risk. Look somewhere else t

All things shine ain't glitter or gold here when you are passing by u might want to keep moving on by. Payments can be made on time but they seem to not care bout the person that purchased the vehicle. People please Read, Read, Read, Read your paperwork.
