I debated for a long time whether or not I wanted to write this. I finally decided that if I dont write it, nobody will know...Car pro is a hoax, my opinion...I... had a drive over there but specifically went to Chuck Nash as I had heard good things about the car pro service. At first he was nice but as soon as he found out I was going to buy a new truck, his effort was over...He was rude and disrespectful... I know we are never supposed to say never, but at my age, I suspect that never will not be so long,so, I will never go back to CN, nor will I ever send a friend. The rep would tell me to go and sit in his cubicle and he would disappear for 20-30 minutes...Hed come back, and again, tell me to sit in his cubicle, and disappear. I think he even went to lunch. When he finally returned to tell me to sit in his cubicle, he realized that I was unhappy. I didnt say anything to him but I was getting mad. Then he said he had to go get the truck ready, another 20-30 minutes...He started to try to get me into a better mood and explained how a bad review would effect his end-of-yr bonus. He called me the next day with the same story, all about his bonus. At that point I was not concerned with his bonus.I know we are never supposed to say NEVER, but when you are a senior most of us know it wont be to long, so I will NEVER go back to Chuck Nash. As a senior I have earned my respect...I guess just be selective about where you expect it

They don't do the right thing, total lack of integrity. DO NOT deal with this dealer BEFORE reading all of the negative reviews online. Bought part... online, they decided to renege on shipping terms, cancelled order and then lied about it.
I am sorry to hear about this, when packaging to ship, we discovered damage to item as we told you and refunded your money right away. We pride oursel...ves on integrity and will not ship a damaged item

Straight garbage was told to wait on a loaner car about a month ago still no word
Went in to buy a used truck told the sales man what I was looking for and the price that was willing and able to pay per month. He continuously kept saying... ok that's cool but every time he showed me a used truck he would end up telling me that my payment would be around 350 a month instead of the price that I told him I could afford. They also refused to except my employee discount through Lowe's that I get on used cars. I ended up leaving with out buying a used truck. Very unhappy with the service.
