Outstanding team to deal with, Shayl has a great positive energy to work with, he was all over the dealership to make sure I was satisfied, the financial / Management team Karrie Powel saved the day with her calculations and planing magic tools and got me what I want exactly. One of the sales people or manager I am not sure he was very educated about his brand culture in Korea and explained why Hyundai made the white color their premier choice. Overall excellent dealership experience, this our third trade with paramount Hickory and we like them.
