I have purchased probably a dozen vehicles from auto dealers in my lifetime. Ken Stoepel Ford easily the best of all of them for honesty, values, followup, client consideration, and fairness in price and trade value. Sales consultant Matt Cummings was fabulous, helpful, and patient. Finance manger Juan Rodriguez was incredibly helpful, honest, and friendly.

Just bought a used vehicle from Erik Schwartz at the used car lot. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Made us feel like old friends! Everyone including Tom in finance were awesome folks to deal with! Will definitely be back and refer friends to this dealership!!

Argumentative and unwilling to meet in the middle. No attempt to find Common ground on price. Cash deal ready to go but they passed. Good luck in the future.

Our experience was exceptional. We arrived at the dealership at 4 PM on a Saturday just to check out a car and ended up buying it. They close at 5 PM but everyone stayed to take care of us until all the paperwork was done. Eric was very courteous and helpful throughout the whole process. A++++

I called and made an appointment to see a car that had just arrived at the dealership, it was not cleaned up or ready for show; however, Steve got the car ready for me to test drive and made the experience easy, comfortable, painless and overall pleasant. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Both Michael Nobles and Eric McCutchen were so very kind, helpful, & generous. They went above & beyond to make sure that I left in the vehicle I wanted and met my needs for financing. Highly recommend; even without having the best credit, they can and will make it possible. Brenda in the financing department was wonderful as well, she had everything done quickly & was so kind. The overall atmosphere was very positive & definitely focused on customer service. I will be a returning customer!

I am still enjoying my 22 Ford Escape I purchased from Gary Washington I also have my other car which is much older but they are both in Tip Top condition thank you for your great service I'll be back
