Took my truck to Ken Stoepel Ford to get warranty work
Took my truck to Ken Stoepel Ford to get warranty work done. It had a transmission vibration. They took the truck in and supposedly fixed it. Got it back and it was doing the same thing. Took it back again. They told me it was the tires and they needed to be changed. I changed tires and it still had the vibration. Asked them to do a road force test. They said that they did. When I picked up the truck, they were going to charge me $60 for the road force test. I was going to pay it. They said they waived the charge and took care of it for me. I was grateful. I then asked several times to get the results of the road force test. After several emails and calls later, they have pretty much told me that they had "paying customers" and couldn't be bothered by us because we were a warranty job. They did NOT do the road force test as stated. They have been rude and completely disrespectful. I emailed the store manager, and he blew us off and pushed us off to someone else. I am EXTREMLY UNHAPPY with the dealership, the way we were treated and the attitude that we received.

I've had my truck into their shop 3 times. They're tech told my husband that there was an issue while doing a ride along. Got it back to the shop & then they say there's "no issue". Looked at several ford sites & spoke to another ford dealer & they said its a "common issue". Yet K.S.F. Will not do anything. Its under warranty & I purchased an extended warranty for a reason. But this isn't the 1st issue I've had with Ken Stoepel Ford in Kerrville. VERY UNHAPPY!!!

It was good.
It was good. The paperwork process when closing was a bit messy though. The wrong information was reflected on the docs and I still don’t have a copy of them that I can access.

She and her technicians took care of my vehicle service quickly and professionally. Beware of the finance department, bunch of Flem Flam artist working there, double and triple check the numbers, stay clear on all the crazy add-on warranties, they tell you one thing and change to another. scammers. Won't be purchasing any more vehicles at this place

Overall, a great experience from sales to financing.
Overall, a great experience from sales to financing. Both, Mike and Juan, were able to answer our questions and took the time to be clear in their explanations about the information they were providing use. Even after the purchase was complete Mike has still be available for any questions that have arisen.

I think my wife and I really struck gold when I stumbled on this great dealership in a Kerrville. It’s a little drive from San Antonio for a big reward in the end. Our salesman Phillip Marlowe (didn’t require us to be a detective), Naw, this wasn’t a Raymond Chandler kinda story because everything was made clear and easily understood from the moment we first drove the car til the end of the paper work on our purchase. We got the royal treatment from this dealership the first time we went there with our salesman and the sales manager and business office representative all staying almost 3 hours late just to accommodate us. There was no high pressure sales shenanigans but only a “how can I help ya’ll drive out in the car you want?” Phillip Marlowe was a great salesman at a fine dealership!

I am in Kerrville working away from my home and I started having truck trouble A day before I was scheduled to go home after Being gone a month. Cameron, after hearing my situation, along with Mr Phillip the shop foreman, proceeded to isolate and fix my engine trouble. They got on the phone with our vehicle repair maintenance department for our company and got the repairs approved and my truck fixed by the very next day! I am able to go home on time, and in time for the Easter holiday thanks to the most excellent professional customer service that happened at Ken Stoepel Ford. This caliber of service has been rare for me to find traveling around. About 50% of dealerships no matter which brand, FAILS. This dealership is the exception. Thank you Cameron and Phillip.
