My husband and I had a great experience purchasing a Ford

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing a Ford Maverick for our company. Mike Noble in sales and the finance department were a please to work with. Mike new we were in the market and kept us informed on the status of the vehicle. We have purchased many vehicles personally and for our business from Mike.


Service dept makes an.

Service dept makes an. Appointment for 8:00 AM to check breaks 2 weeks in advance. 7 hours later truck Haden’s moved. Told it’s not an appointment just a reservation in their line up of service. So 7 hours later picked up truck nothing done Haden’s moved and no one cares. No use having a warrenty if you can’t get it fixed. At least if you take your vehicle to San Antonio a 8:00 appointment means just that. A lot if huff and puff about service they can’t even spell the word. Extremely disappointed they value their time but not their customers This is what you get in a small town when your the only game in town


Our Ford Escape was totaled by a big buck one really

Our Ford Escape was totaled by a big buck one really foggy morning near Christmas. Our gut told us to go to Ken Stoepel on late Friday evening and "look around" by ourselves, which is usually hard to do, before the sales person descends and takes over. To our great surprise Brian Hardy came over, asked if we needed help, and left us alone until we were ready to ask him questions! We looked around the whole lot unbothered. When WE were ready to see some vehicles and ask questions he was most helpful and knowledgeable. No high pressure and quick rush to get us inside the dealership for the sales pitch. We really liked a Chevy Equinox and wanted to think about it over night. He said great, just let me know if you need anything. Well we did come back the next morning, made an offer, and left with the vehicle that afternoon! Juan Rodriguez in finance was super too. Never in our lifetimes has purchasing a vehicle been so STRESS FREE with a great price to boot. We will recommend Ken Stoepel and Brian Hardy to one and all. Driving the car is a pleasure, especially knowing how great the whole experience was. You can tell the quality of the dealership by the employees they have on board and Brian Hardy and the Stoepel team are a gem!

Me and my fiancé had the best experience with Ken Stoepel this past weekend. I had the pleasure of working with Erik Schwartz, he made the process so easy and enjoyable, his professionalism and all-around great attitude Made this experience wonderful. It was easy, fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this Dealership and Erik Schwartz is the guy you want in the car buying process.



My husband and I have been looking for a new SUV for some time. We have left so many dealerships feeling fatigued, manipulated, pressured and utterly disgusted by the behavior of salespeople. Today that changed-- We met Erik--there were no leading questions, no pressured words, no manipulation, no mind games! I know its hard to believe-- but Erik is AMAZING! He is knowledgeable, humble and genuine. Typically, I want to remove the memory of our interactions with car salespeople as quickly as possible, but I left not only with an amazing vehicle and a great deal, but also feeling like I met a very nice person. I recommend him to anyone shopping for a vehicle.

From the moment I got in touch with the dealership regarding my vehicle of interest, it was a stress-free process thanks in large part to my dedicated salesman, Gary Washington. I fell in love with my bronco sport the moment I sat in the driver’s seat and knew it was going to sell quickly. Gary worked hard to help me get into my dream car, just in time for my 40th birthday and he still checks in to make sure that I’m satisfied with everything and always makes himself available to answer any questions that I have. I want to thank Steve Black: Sales Consultant, Scott Schneider: Sales Manager, and Juan Rodriguez: Business Manager for an excellent used car purchase experience. From the beginning Steve answered all my questions about current car trade-in, car of interest, and financing with my credit union. He worked with me and my credit union loan officer to get the best terms for my intended purchase and shepherded the easy trade in process. During the final steps of purchase Juan Rodriguez answered all my financing questions and helped in the decision process for any extras. Juan carefully and easily explained all the documents and their purpose. Finally, after the purchase Steve spent over an hour explaining the details of the “new” car and its operation. He also emailed me video tutorials specific to my “new” car. I know who and where I’ll purchasing any cars from in the future.


Erik Schwartz was amazing to work with.

Erik Schwartz was amazing to work with. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. He was patient with my request and found the perfect truck for me. Easy to work with and never pressuring me, wanting me to be satisfied with my choice. and purchase. Mike in finance help explain the warranty's so I could make an informed decision on what was best for my needs. I would recommend these 2 gentlemen and Ken Stoppel Ford as a whole.
