This dealers financial troubles have caused me nothing but troubles. Sold a vehicle with no title. Caused me insurance lapses, a suspended license twice now. Had to borrow vehicles for approx. 30 days because it could not be legally put on the road due to no registration (although I paid for this to be registered). Had to conduct a DMV investigation....again missed work, a lot of dmv trips...and shocker I am NOT the only customer dealing with this. The investigator made dealer properly register and title my vehicle and now 6 month later still dealing with his false promises as once again my license is being suspended for his check bouncing while registering it!!!!! I wish I was kidding. And I am not even getting to the point that it has had check engine lights on non stop and currently still on. Don't do it. "Uncle Kenny" will NOT take care of you as promised.

I went to Murray's elite imports looking for a new to me truck. They had what I was looking for at a very affordable price. After talking with Kenny there, he worked with a few lenders to get me a payment I was able to afford. While I was talking to and doing paperwork work with Kenny, he was very kind to offer my less then entertained significant other the remote to his TV service. Over all I was pleased with the great price, excellent service and variety of vehicles they had to choose from. Kenny definitely made the car buying process fun and enjoyable. I just bought a car through Ken the other day.... I test drove the car on a Monday, made the deciding factor on Tuesday but I couldn't get back there until Friday since I was going to be out of town. I called Ken and told him I wanted to he car but couldn't get back there until Friday. Ken took my word and pulled the car from the line for me. I went back there Friday to pay and sure enough, the carea was pulled from the line. I have NEVER seen a car dealership make the pleasure of buying a car so easy and so fun at the same time. What won my business wasn't the car..... it was the honesty and the way Ken does business. I couldn't believe how honest, truthful, trustful, and personable Ken was. For as long as Ken is in business, I will be returning to him and him only for my cars. I would/will recommend anyone to go for a great buying experience. I have been looking for a vehicle with third row seating for my Nephew Stephen Trombley Jr. I searched on line ,after researching vehicle condition, mileage and best price; we decided to visit Murray's Elite at 5248 Ridge Rd. west in Spencerport NY. The owner Ken Murray was friendly , and not pushy. We looked over a beautiful 2007 Ford Explorer Eddie Bower , took the vehicle for a test drive, and were extremely surprised at how well the vehicle handled. Brand new brakes all the way around, no paint work, clean inside and out. having been around the car business for many years, I knew this vehicle was already priced well below market value, but decided to ask Kenny if we could do any better on the price, without any hesitation Kenny threw a number at us that we were completely satisfied with , and immediately made the purchase. Thank you Kenny for a great deal on a great ride, and thank you mostly for your friendly, and professional approach. you're awesome to work with, and without doubt the condition and pricing of your inventory was a deciding factor in us making the purchase, not to mention the great price.
