I was highly satisfied by the Service Department at Sames Honda, actually the entire dealership since the beginning. I have another make and model type... of SUV and had taken it to them locally in the past. Not only did they keep my car for little over a week but the service was not satisfactory, my vehicle was not "fixed" and they even failed to place the cover to my engine back. Honestly, I did not know what to expect when I took my SUV to Honda but they took it in that morning, called me about the issue, called my extended warranty and had the vehicle back to me before 3 o'clock. Best of all my vehicle is actually fixed. I was beyond impressed and highly recommend them to anyone who doubts their service capability.
The customer sales representative was very helpful with purchasing the vehicle. Very team oriented work place that made me feel comfortable when purchasing... my vehicle. The only issue I found with the vehicle is that the vehicle needed an alignment.

Had a bad experience with Sames pre owned super-center my mother was sold a vehicle by Gilberto Neira and his manager Juan B. Zamudio was told it was... “certified” pre owned the vehicle is a 2015 Chevy equinox, however the vehicle broke down one month later. I thought my power train plus plan would cover it with the warranty they offered when I bought the vehicle, but it did not. They were charging me 380 at their service center, naturally I was upset due to the fact that the vehicle is a month out of the lot and I am already having issues with it. Adding to this, the employees at the service center do not know about warranties that the parts they place in the vehicles have they told me to call back later so their manager Jose Luis Paloma could check. The 2 parts parts they replaced are worth 80 dollars online and I’m assuming the labor was 300 since on the break down sheet it does not show.

I call them to set my appointment they transefered me to service department but nobody answered and then i called back and nobody did answer i call 3 times... still no answer and then i call from my business phone and they answered right away and then getting ridiculous reply from reception it was my first time to go there and they disappointed me the very first time will never go in future ridiculous.

Personnel always courteous and willing to help. I would recommend my friends to service their vehicle ay Honda.
Everything went well. Vehicle was very nicely cleaned.
Went in for tan oil change and tire rotation. Left the dealer and “low tire” light came on. I took the car back & Advisor told me they overfilled the... tires and they reprogrammed my sensors. Driving home again after 4 miles, “Low Tire” light came on again. Called them and was on hold, so I gave up. Made an appointment at another dealer.
