George is away and above , with his approach to customer service, I like the stuff in general, although I have an on going issue with my mclaren That has not been resolved, I do think as one who bought 6 mclarens last 8 years and referred 5 more buyers Mclaren didn’t establish a brand attitude and tried to hide issues , With issues, my first car was one like that, and needed to confront the brand and the dealership to resolve a lemon car situation, I thought they had learned, but apparently no, I am now second guessing this brand,

They were very helpful professional, and made sure I was satisfied. Great people, great service.

this has been by far the worst experience i have ever had trying to purchase a car . you would expect more professionalism from the Lamborghini dealership.. i have never been fooled around with and so much back and fourth just for a car . they offered ten thousad dollars less than other dealerships for my car and i accepted it just because this is a lamborgini dealership.after still accepting the offer and accepting the offer from their car witch was ten thousand dollars more than other dealerships, i told them to send me a bill of sale, which the sales person told me, he would have sent me in 30 minutes.after one hr the sales person called me and told me that now we buy your car for five thousand dollars less again meaning they wanted to buy my car fifteen thousand dollars less than other dealerships. at this time i told them to keep their car.i will NEVER recommend this dealership or buy from them.

George Apkarian is amazing! He's a real professional, extremely personable, and is an excellent communicator always quick to reply to any inquiries. He's extremely knowledgeable about the exotics and doesn't mind explaining in detail the repairs and services needed. He really truly cares about the cars and the people driving them!
