I am disheartened at best. Thought Raul was working with me, but realized that was not the case. I am in Indiana and looking for a used vehicle in TX as a gift for a nephew who resides there. I had a conversation w/Raul to ask if I could have Lemon Busters inspect the vehicle I was interested in purchasing on Thursday May 20, 2021 around noonish and he said yes. This request was made on Tuesday May 18th. I was awaiting Lemon Busters communication regarding the vehicle and received it. HOWEVER, the communication was that someone had taken the vehicle THAT MORNING for inspection and had not brought it back yet. Needless to say, there was no vehicle to inspect. A telephone call to me would have been appreciated. I received no phone call from Raul; I initiated the call to him, and this was after he had spoken with Lemon Busters. I wouldn't label that as customer service. I, the customer, received no communication from Raul that the vehicle would not be there for the inspection, nor that the dealership operates on a first come first serve basis. Had he communicated that to me, I might have made a different decision about that vehicle. He did not, especially after he gave me the thumbs up to proceed with the inspection. Perhaps this is a professional development issue to be discussed during meetings. At any rate, the common courtesy of a phone call would have sufficed as customer service. Since I never received one, I must rate this experience with a 1. Never got to the next level to purchase the vehicle.

Monty was exceedingly helpful and very attentive and patient throughout the purchase process. She answered all my questions and was always willing to help. Buying a car from Gillman Honda was a great experience. The process was easy, the staff was friendly, informative, positive, and knowledgeable. Troy Dodrer, out sales person, was great. He was patient and walked us through everything. He took the time to fully explain all the features of the car and made sure to give us his number to call for all future questions and concerns. I felt the process had an integrity that is unusual in a car buying experience. I highly recommend Troy and Gillman Honda.

Very disappointed ☹️
Bought a car w/e before the freeze and didn’t drive it for a week. After the freeze our 3 days to back out of contract were past. Car has serious transmission issues and bc we’d had it over the 3 days, are stuck with a car we can’t drive, and still have to pay for. Will not go back!

I am not one to complain ever but I do have to say this .....this was the most horrible experience of my life. I would not suggest going to this one. If you find yourself having to just make sure you DO NOT deal with Rudy and Monty. I was lied to numerous times and was put in a vehicle only to have it taken away from me after a month of having it. Then I was left stranded there which was an hr and a half away from home and was told they would be more than happy to get me home but werw gonna take 100 out of ny deposit for doing so.

Worked with Ana Valadez and she was amazing! Made sure I had the right car for me. No hard sell or stress just friendly and efficient service. Completely happy with my new Pilot.
