2018 Surbaru
When I called to set up appointment, the girl asked if we wanted the air filter replaced. She did not say whether the cabin air filter or engine air filter. We had a cabin air filter, so we said no. Then when we got the video we saw the engine air filter and it was dirty and not changed. We had to take it back to get the changed and I think the person who took the phone call to set up the appointment should have told us it was the engine air cleaner not the cabin air filter.

Everyone I encountered at the Service dept was professional, friendly & courteous. Christopher Julian is the service rep I always do business with. He always keeps me apprised of my vehicle & a timeline of the services. As an added plus, he is so very patient with all of my questions, which I greatly appreciate..

I would give North Park Subaru and the sales team 10 stars if I could! My salesperson, Tori Eaton, could not have done a better job helping me find the right vehicle for me! He knew that I was apprehensive and walked me through the entire process of looking at and buying the right car for me. I know salespeople and this man will definitely take care of your needs.
