Yet another Ford dealership gouging customers with dealer markups. Greedy owners, greedy managers, greedy salesman who aren't interested in customer service, just taking your money. $15,000 markup on an F250. Smart azz comments that if I want to pay MSRP, come down to the dealership and order one direct from Ford. There are dealers out there that don't do this folks. Call around.

On July 17 ,2023 I took my 2020 F250 for service after making an appointmentThe service person told me it would be 1 week. It has been almost 2 weeks and my truck has not been touched. They keep lying to me that they don’t have a tech to work on my truck, they are dishonest and unprofessional. They also said they had 24 vehicles ahead of me 7 days after having the truck in their possession. I honestly lost trust and respect for their brand. Today is July 29 ,2023 and I still don’t have Mr truck. The issue is an door actuator.

My 2020 F 250 has been at NORTHSIDE FORD for over 2 week and Cathlynn Ortiz is the service person attending me. I have not been treated respectfully by FORD and by your dealership. I really need my truck back because of work and family.

Worst service department. My car has been sitting at this dealership for six days for a warranty repair which to them is not a priority. They do not provide with a loaner or rental until they supposedly diagnose the problem which could take several days or weeks, apparently. Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else. I heard blue bonnet ford is way better. You have been warned

Stay far away. Bought a 2020 Escape from them. Just found out they lied and deceived us. Payed over $2000 for extended warranty that they claimed Ford insisted on and that was a lie. Also said we had 0% intrest but they back ended 3.18% on the loan. Went to Southway Ford and they showed us how Northside screwed us. Looking for a lawyer to sue them.

We're not holding our breath. In reality Northside has screwed us on 2 other past loans. You never offered a refund or transfer of our past extended warranties or gap insurance. We have calculated you duped us out of approximately $6,000-$7000 on our purchases. We have filed complaints with Ford and the BBB.

Just called Northside ford service department. After 24 rings someone picked up and said she would transfer me to the service department. After about five minutes of listening to recordings about how great they are to work with and still no pick up …………….. I gave up.

I just contacted you and the operator didn't know where to direct my call other than the service extension that did not pick up before. I just need some clarity on the grinding noise I hear on a cold start up. Furthermore, I was told in October this was the reason for a recall and have been trying to get this resolved. I get the sense you don't have enough people to cover the phones because I have purchased six vehicles from you over the years and the service people I dealt with were excellent.

I don’t see the point of making an appointment 6 weeks in advance, and you still have to wait weeks for a diagnostic.

Well my vehicle still hasn’t been expected. One of the issues wasn’t resolved last time I was there twice, because Chase Malone, I Quote “ my bad i forgot to type it in.” Which resulted in me getting a rental again and apparently I was going to get reimbursed. WHICH I GOT TIRED OF FITTING FOR IT AND STIlL WAITING FOR IT!!!!

I have bought three vehicles from this dealership and have never had any issues. They take care of their customers. My salesman, Jason Pelmear, did an excellent job keeping me up to date on the delivery date of my Bronco. We had to change the order information several times. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a good salesman.
