    I bought a 2005 Dodge 2500 5.9 cummins in June and it was my first diesel truck. They said they’d get me in the right vehicle and the buying process... went good. The trucks check engine light was on and they said it was just a sensor and would get it fixed and told me to bring the truck back in two days. I went home and scanned the truck for codes and way more than just the sensor cams up. When I took the truck back for them to repair I talked to Carder himself and told him all of the problems I found and he assured me that everything would be fixed and straightened out. They sent it to a shop in Fairmont, Wv and had it for eight days to work on the issues. When I dropped the truck off it had a full tank of fuel. When I went to pick the truck up the truck was on empty and had an extra 150 miles on it. Then on the drive home the truck still did a lot of the old problems. I had one of my diesel techs at work look at the truck and use their snap on scanner and run some test on it. The truck has injector problems and a ton of blow by. Also, when you get the RPMs up it has a big miss and the throttle sticks wide open when not even on the throttle (they also knew about this the first time I dropped it off) I was also told it had a fresh fluid and filter change. When I changed the oil it would barley run out of the drain hole and the filter was tourqued on. The fuel filter was also packed full. I took the truck back to them to tell them what was going on and I told them that my warranty was one day over and I was told that it was close enough and it would be fixed. I dropped the truck off and the next morning I got a call from the shop guy and he proceeded to tell me that my warranty was one day over and it wasn’t his problem and basically called me a liar when I told him what was going on with the truck. They had the truck for eight days out of my thirty day warranty and didn’t even fix the problems that were supposed to be fixed and then told me I was one day over and I was basically on my own. Never again will I or anyone I know but another vehicle off of carder motors! Work hard for your money and expect a good functional vehicle and get taken for a ride..... Thanks a lot....

    I have purchased multiple trucks from the team at carder motors. I've worked with Scott and Jennifer and I have to say its always been a please not experience.... Everyone on the team is very polite and courteous. The have went above and beyond to assist me with my purchases. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality vehicle. Their vehicles are clean and always at a good value. I can truly say I consider the entire team friends and will continue to do business with them

    It was a pleasure dealing with Curtis Marozzi, salesman at Carder Motors. He was patient, informative and willing to take the time to work with a young... person establishing his first real vehicle buying experience. I must say I was amazed and very pleased with the time taken to help us. Carder Motors Rocks! I will share the word. Mark Carder has a wonderful business for himself.

    Most impressed to see the owner out shoveling snow in subzero weather. This is a family business that cares. They are polite, professional, and direct.... It was really refreshing working with this business and feeling good about the purchase.

    Where do I begin!?! I came to Carder Motor's looking for a nice used truck, which they always have MANY available at all times. I drove by one day and... saw a truck I definitely wanted but really didn't think it would be possible to acquire this super nice truck in the SAME DAY... Curtis and Cole were extremely helpful and diligent on getting the price where it needed to be as well as the interest rate I was only wishing to get.. They are eager to help you find EXACTLY what your looking for in a truck and then work with you however they possibly can to get you IN THAT TRUCK IMMEDIATELY.. I literally stopped in late one morning, identified the truck I wanted, had a price range; Curtis not only met the price range and the interest rate I needed to afford the truck...but he got me in the truck that SAME AFTERNOON!! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and ask for Curtis Marozzi, he will work with you and find exactly what you want, get the numbers better than you can find ANYWHERE else, and then get you all set that day.     I just bought my new truck at Carder Motors. The salesman I dealt with was Curtis Marozzi. He was so helpful and made sure that I was taken care of. It... shows that he honestly cares about the customers along with the rest of the people there. My boyfriend also bought his truck there a couple years ago and they treated him just the same. They are truly good people there. If I ever plan on getting another vehicle, I will be going there first.

    Spoke with Mark Carder on a Thursday evening via his after hours cell phone and he told me that he was out of town but that his son, Cole, would call me... right back since we needed the particulars on a truck that my son had his eye on. I also mentioned to him that the earliest we could get down to see the truck was the first thing that Saturday morning and he agreed to hold the vehicle for us until then. True to his word, I actually received a call back from Cole Carder just minutes later. The only thing better than that was the warm reception we received upon pulling into their Bridgeport facility on that Saturday morning after the 90 mile drive south from Pittsburgh, PA. The shop was immaculate, the staff was knowledgeable, and the variety of beautiful trucks on hand seemed endless. One nicer than the other. Just a highly informative, no-pressure, peace of mind transaction done right, the way things should be. Everybody we met was as friendly as all heck and we left there with a great truck at the right price. So, do yourself a huge favor and check out Mark, Cole, and all the gang at Carder Motors before making any decision on your next truck purchase. You'll be glad you did. I know we were. As for the drive home? We had an absolute blast on the trip back north and can't wait to get back down there again for our next truck purchase. Thanks for everything guys!!!

    We are very happy with are purchase at Carder Motors. Curtis (Marozzi) not only was helpful very informative right on top of things...he was genuinely... a very nice person. He made sure we were comfortable while goin thru our purchase process...he by far has the best customer service skills I have come across in a very long time. All of the staff was very nice and helpful actually. I would say we will definitely be back for our next vehicle.
