OMG, these men worked hard over several days to get me into a vehicle that I love. I traded in my 2011 Chevrolet Aveo (which I was upside down on) for... a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta!! Mario was my sales associate. He was kind and hepful from the very beginning. Mike was my finance associate and he worked hard to get me financed and even managed to get me a better interest rate than what my own credit union was offering me, I am so greatful for all their hard work!!!

I was getting an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment for my brand new car with 30k miles on it. I have the front end collision sensor on it but nothing... complex like lane assist. I was told the alignment would be $700 and I should replace all tires first. I was also asked to do the 40k service at the same time. All this totaled $2000. I said no. My tires should have another 10-15 thousand miles left. My alignment should be $160 and there is no need to recalibrate the sensor for tracking to the right. Also a tune up for 4 spark plugs on a 4 cylinder should not be $400. They tried to up sell me stuff that has not been fully worn down and ask me to recalibrate censors that do not need it. I think I will switch dealerships for my next service. I am very knowledgable about cars and was not lied to but advised to do stuff not required.

When I first called I got in contact with Manny. He was supposed to send me pictures but never did. So I contacted him 4 days later then he finally sent... me pictures of the car I was looking at. He said it sent I think he did not do his job. Then I talked to Mark after I did my first call he was rude. I was amazed with Keith and Dallas! They were great! Along with the financial guy I have forgotten his name but he was wonderful as well. I got an email from Manny called “Your complete satisfaction is our goal” had his number on it. I called him because I had a question. When answering my call he sounded like he just woke up and pretended not to hear me and he hung up the phone me. I am shocked this guy has a customer service job because he is awful! Time is money! Money never sleeps. I am shocked he is even in customer service due to how he has treated me! I would never go back and not recommend going to him. If you are in costumer service you should be able to answer questions and not be rude. Along with pretending to not hear me when I make plenty of phone calls on a daily basis and everyone else can hear me perfectly fine. Maybe it is because I am a woman who knows! So instead I got a hold of Keith and he answered my question! Overall the process was well besides being treated poorly by two people. It is really sad how one or two employees can completely ruin a experience.

Went in for an oil change had a few recalls. I let Manny know I really needed my car back by 1pm. He said, it would be tough to get my car done that quickly.... But Manny made it happen! Excellent service always!!

We have to drive 2 hrs for the closest VW dealership (this one). We could go another hour (to PHX) to find others, but this one has never failed us.
