Nana ..as well as.. the entire finance and customer service team was simply amazing! I arrived within only 1 minute before closing time! Nana showed me the car of my choice.. and i was ready to make my purchase after a quick test drive! The finance team was professional/ fast and amazing! The entire team including my initial call with Michelle was A+! This was the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had with a dealership! Just picked up my new X6. The entire purchasing process was exceptionally professional. Petr Mastny is the BEST OF THE BEST! He?s courteous, competent, and the model of proficiency. I have worked with Petr for several years. He NEVER disappoints. I am so impressed with my new. automobile. its stunning; a REAL head turner. It is a real example of the BMW motto?THE ULTIMATE DRIVING MACHINE!! I am so VERY pleased. Our new X6 over delivers on pleasure. It is a joy!!?

I was traveling into Fairfax from Atlanta (a 700-miles
I was traveling into Fairfax from Atlanta (a 700-miles drive) and my 2014 750li flashed a warning light alerting me that I needed to add engine coolant. After realizing that there are two engine coolant systems, one for the engine and one for the turbo charger, I decided that it would be best to have the BMW professionals take a look at my car to confirm that there wasn't anything grossly wrong (e.g., a leak in the radiator, or a bad radiator cap). I made an appointment with Fairfax BMW Service through its online forum, and I brought my car in for service. I was met by a very friendly and inviting service agent, who listened to my tale of woe, and asked me to take a seat in their nicely appointed waiting area. I had lust grabbed a cup of coffee and started to settle in, when my service agent reappeared to let me know that they checked under the car and saw no signs of leaks and that they added some coolant to the turbo charger, and that my car was ready to go. To top things off, they did not charge me anything for this courtesy service, even though they knew that I was from Atlanta and would not be patronizing their service center in the future. Its acts like this that restore my faith in car dealerships and service providers. Kudos to BMW of Fairfax service for doing the right thing for another BMW owner.

Erick Bautista and Feroz have always taken great care of me and they were specially proactive this year because of the inventory shortage, and they delivered the car I wanted. Always a pleasure and the best part is that they've been there for years so I get to work with them all these years.
