Worst customer service communication is almost non
Worst customer service communication is almost non existent purchased a vehicle the very same day I started having issues with the car getting anyone on the phone is almost impossible had to wait till Monday and even then I was calling first thing when they opened still took them all day to send a wrecker out to pick up the car now it’s the next day once again calling the sales manager no answer left him several messages nothing no updates won how long they are keeping it or anything wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone

Advertised a Grand Cherokee on Autotrader and on Ingram
Advertised a Grand Cherokee on Autotrader and on Ingram Park website for $25,555. I clicked buy it now, submitted offer, spoke with them and after several phone calls they raised the price to $40,000 plus TT&L !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have excellent credit and can write a check to buy. They pointed to their disclaimer stating prices may be wrong and took no responsibility, just pointed to a 3rd party error It took 3 people on the phone to get to that result. Wasted time and NOT happy! Bait and switch kind of thing. I could see maybe a small error but $15,000!!! Then they wanted me to come in and waste more time. No thanks, either honor the price or be very close to it. Were they rude, no, but come on!

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Does not honor marketed price. Sneaks in hidden fees. Wouldn’t disclose sales price until after we traveled 2 hours to buy a vehicle.
