Our experience at the dealership was completely positive! Laura Bohn is uniquely wonderful, in that she explains every little single detail of everything we are signing without us even having to ask her. Most used car dealers just have you sign the paperwork and run! Laura is also extremely knowledgeable and patient, thoroughly answering every question we did have. After filling out the paperwork and submitting it, I realized I had made a mistake with my down payment figures. Laura called the bank back and they re-did everything for us right on the spot! We are very happy customers now!!😊

Started with a “hiccup” but were able to completely transform the experience from “lacking” to “excellent”. Complied and rectified the shortcomings in the most accommodating and professional manner. Will not mention the sales person due to the initial hiccup. The sales manager Jerry was honest, professional and kept ALL his promises, which in today’s world let alone used car salesmanship, is a total rare gem. I bought a 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and they did all due diligence in making sure the battery was new, all oils and filters were changed, they put new wipers and in the end took the car for a complete detailing, returning it smelling fresh and clean. The delivery guys/drivers deserve a special shout out - they kept my radio on my favorite station 😂👍🏻. Overall, excellent service, desire to work with the customer, and make sure we are happy with the purchase. To their credit as well, there are no hidden fees like in most dealerships - the price I saw online was the price I got in person. I highly recommend!
