Galvanek's

I'm very pleased with the service and deal I got at Galvanek's. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The vehicle has under 115,000 mile for under $2500. It, of course, has minor cosmetic damage and rust. I was given a discount from the asking price, which was already very low, due to a power steering leak. Really, couldn't ask for more from the dealership than they provided.

we called three times to make sure a car was still available. they transferred us to the sales department every time and they said it still was. so we drove two hours to go see it and test drive it, when we got there they said someone had put a deposit on it five days prior. when we told me had just called at 4:50 the night before they told us it was still available. the sales person was rude and blew us off. we wasted the money on a hotel and meals for nothing. do not go. rude service and liars. low prices mean nothing if cars aren’t available.

I was looking for a vehicle. They were looking to sell what is on the lot and we both got what we wanted. I am satisfied with what I purchased and the price I paid for it. Straight up!

Called to inquire about a car I found online. The service representative was rude and didnt know anything about the car and refused to go check on it.

The staff was very friendly and willing to stay late to allow us time to purchase a truck. We knew which one we wanted but my husband's work schedule didn't allow us to be there to purchase the vehicle during their "open" hours. Ed and the office staff stayed late for us. They helped us through the process very quickly! We were in and out in 40 minutes! And they were willing to work with us on the price. Best car buying experience we have had...EVER!

I inquired about a vehicle to purchase and they, told me it was out for service. That was 2 weeks ago never heard back!

They had exactly what I was looking for at a fair price and with only 79,000 miles on it. Galvanek's took my old vehicle in on trade and made the transition to my new vehicle easy. I will definitely be looking at Galvanek's inventory when I need another vehicle several years in the future. My 2005 Buick Rendezvous runs like a charm, is just the right size, and the all wheel drive keeps me on the road in wintry weather.
