This place is very helpful. I went many jeep dealers and all of them basically lied and said that they had our car but they didn't. The man that i spoke... to was very funny and friendly. They made sure they had the car that i wanted also because others said that they did but we got there and they did not.they also gave me the lowest price out of all the dealers i went to.
The service department is inept and unqualified to work on a lawnmower. They cannot diagnose an issue a 2016 Jeep Renegade engine vibration. This vehicle... has been in their shop 5 times (purchased new at this dealership). They performed an inspection to diagnose issue again and quoted me $1700 for Motor mount. I declined the overpriced service and stated i must pay $512 for the inspection for me to get the car back. Escalated to service Manager and acted like i was bothering him. No customer service at all. Go somewhere else people. You have been warned.
I had seen a car on the website that I wanted to take a look at. Salesman Austin then came out and talked to my dad and I and got us all the information... that we needed. Now I'm the owner of a new-to-me used car. It was great, Austin helped us so much and made sure that the buying process was made simple and easy. I highly recommend that if you buy from Mac Haik Dodge in Georgetown that you ask for him. He will ensure that you get the best help possible.
I have a bad experience with Mark sale man at Used Car Dealership. He said he will make sure the problem with my tire pressure light on will be fixed when... I come back on the other day because Auto shop closed when I bought the car. I told I will wait for license plate ready to pick up I will come back to check light on if It still occur. Time is coming license plate ready for pick up, i contact him to let him know I want make sure to fix the light on problem. he refused the repair service just check it. What is that mean if just check it. I told him the problem just there on that day I bought it, not something new. He knew it then told me come back another day to fix.. Now he don't want responsible for what he said. He blamed to me that car sold for 3 weeks, but I told him that I will come back to check for warning light on when license plate ready. What happen after 3 weeks if the problem already there at the day sold? Whoever want buy a car with warning light on if he hasn't promise to fix that warning light on? I just trust the sale man service at big dealership, nut no more for this dealership. The sale man trick me with a word, he told me that he said make sure to check it not fix it. If just check it why I want to buy a car with warning light on, don't you?Use English to trick me as I'm not a native English speaker? There are millions people in this State that are immigrants, I served in US Army for my great country. Give me a unsatisfied and disappoint about sale man service, lied to customer after car sold. That is negative feedback for dealership service. If anyone want take a risk is welcome give a try. Anything can happen in your case, managers will protect their staff for what ever you say to them. There are hundreds of dealership out there, so why we want to risk in problems. Dealership don't care about customer after vehicles sold. Thanks for reading my comments.
My husband and I have pitched servers new cars. We were surprised that the sales person Oscar Murello was fantastic. He was not pushy. You could tell he... knew a lot about the product he was selling. And he lived the product. It made shopping easy. Great place to buy a new car.
Poor customer service. I have hd to bring my car in several times and have never had a good experience with this dealership. The WORST customer service.... They are slow and rude. I have had to bring the same problem in more than three times. Don’t buy or service your car at this dealership!
Mac Haik had the best price advertised in a 200 mile radius of the Dallas area on a 2018 Grand Cherokee Laredo. We drove for 3 hours down to Georgetown... expecting to get the price that is advertised on Cars.com. When we arrived they added $1200 to the advertised price for paint sealant and interior sealant. We argued with the director of internet sales (Chris) about the price for about an hour and he finally reduced the add on sealant to $500 which he claimed was the dealer cost. We bought the Jeep anyway but it seems to me that the price advertised should be the price when you arrive plus the normal TTL.
Stopped in on Saturday with a truck that I knew was going to be a hard Trade. We met Walter Humphries and he immediately approached us as we were getting... out my truck. He said thats a good looking truck, to which I replied do you want to buy it! Not only did he do that but he made sure the deal we needed to happen happened. He was extremely helpful, straight to the point, and never once was pushy. He made the trade work and helped us find the perfect vehicle to purchase as well, could not be happier. If your looking for a good car dealer that will shoot you straight, I highly recommend these guys, especially Walter. Tell them Big Country sent you!
